I wasn't at first when there was only that awful E3 presentation, but now that new videos and screenshots are poping up weekly, i am kinda getting all hyped up. just hope its hard as nails to complete so it'll keep me on it for more than a weekend.

No, beacuse I won't be getting it. I'll be getting Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2 and Dragon Age - Origins instead, both for 360.

Hells yes. This game looks like so much fun. But I just might pick up A Boy and His Blob instead. Not sure yet.

I always wanted to play a co-cooperative Mario 2D platformer

I will get it for sure, but I don't think I will buy it on the first day. I want a few reviews first to know for sure how the game works alone. At the moment only my sister would love to play it with me so I'll probably be playing it alone most of the time. But I wonder if the other characters are bots or something else. If I remember correctly you need the other characters to overcome obstacles. So you is this fixed when playing alone. But a Mario game is always something to look forward too.

Nintendo said the game is entirely beatable by the solo player, no bots needed. There may be a mode with bots that they haven't revealed, but they said the main adventure does not require extra players.

Not particularly. It's just another Mario platformer as far as I'm concerned.

if they put more effort into it then i would have said yes but really with 2 toads that no one has seen and with none of the characters having special abilities just feels like they went for a copo player game

Just a bit. Already got the drunken 4-player launch-day fun in the planning. Then, the day after, I can spend some time alone, snuggling up with an old freind. Yay!

A little. It looks alright, although it seems some here have already declared it best game ever despite never playing it. I'll pick it up sometime soon, but I'm way more pumped for Modern Warfare 2.
