GEIST 2 HOW AWSOME WOULD THAT BE besides it would plug the hole of call of duty with an even better plug this needs to happen .tell me what your thoughts are
I don't see what's so good about it. I never played the original but it doesn't sound like it was much of a.. success... to warrant an exciting sequel all of a sudden. There are 20 different franchises I'd rather Retro work on.
@unrandomsam Barring that it's promising I would be forced to play it, lol. That would be pretty awesome actually. Of course it'd be an Xbox One exclusive.. but still.

What if Rare makes a new Battletoads ? (Think I would at least try it).
I'd certainly instabuy. I'd support battletoads, startropics, mother, chrono trigger, or any other nes-age series looking for a comeback. It worked perfectly with kid icarus, so why not continue trying?

BACK MY PROJECT EVEN $1 HELPS!
I never got round to playing this on the Gamecube but my pal told me good things about it.From reading the reviews at the time it seemed it was the controls and game engine that let it down.It didn't' sell very well either so I can't see it ever making a comeback under Nintendo.Especially not when there is a much more worthy horror game called Eternal Darkness due a remake
I have this game and I've played a bit of it. It's a cool concept, but it just isn't executed or as fleshed out as you would hope. I'd be interested in seeing it again with some more fleshed out ideas and mechanics.
Do I think that's what Retro is working on? I'm still leaning towards Metroid.

Yeah, bound to be Metroid or a new IP. Of course we got all hyped up for the Intelligent Systems reveal at E3 assuming new Fire Emblem or Advance Wars and it turned out to be the disappointment that is Codename S.T.E.A.M.

They did say they were working on the next FE and the next Advance Wars, but they were in the early stages.
