I just think its a bit selfish. Final Fantasy is a third party series, so there's no reason why all platforms can't have it. I understand slightly how Choco thinks Square Enix would want to work with the best power available. But if you remember, XIII was made for PS3 and then ported to XBOX 360. I've seen many claims that the 360 version is inferior to the PS3 version. While I don't think the Wii U will be as underpowered (or underpowered at all) as the Wii was to PS3, they could easily just port a version to Wii U that might not look as excellent.

And it'd be just as easy with the Wii U Pro Controller!

How about a version of Madden that has all the same features as the 360/PS3 versions. I don't know how many of you have heard, but today, EA revealed the Wii U version of Madden NFL 13 won't have the advanced Infinity Engine physics, and it will be missing two gameplay modes.

Bayonetta 2 would be cool on Wii U. I heard it got cancelled though.

I know it's old and isn't perfect, but Mirror's Edge. I still haven't had a chance to do a complete playthrough, but I did get to play it for about an hour. It's a lot of fun when everything's going right.

I would actually just like it if they revisited some of the older franchises, especially the RPG ones.

Earthbound
A Mario RPG
Some form of an Act Raiser
A modern day action RPG like what Final Fantasy is going to do and what Terranigma did.
Final Fantasy XIII VS (or a game in the series such-like)

Also:
A Golden Sun (home console version)
A GoldenEye or Perfect Dark sequel (most likely Perfect Dark because a goldeneye sequel just came out)
Another notch in the Chrono Trigger franchise.

A couple others that i can't recall from the top of my head but here are a good few, well this is really just my RPG wish-list, after all what Nintendo can do is if by some 'twist of fate' 3rd party titles stop coming to the Wii U then flood it with good RPGs, their first party titles (the new Miyamoto one included) and some casual games and that's guaranteed money.

I really wish Crytek would let the former Free Radical guys on their payroll do a TimeSplitters game. I'd like to see a complete HD collection on one disc with online multiplayer. I don't have a PS2 so I missed out on the first game. If the compilation sold well enough, maybe they'd get the greenlight for TimeSplitters 4.

1 game by capcom Is all I ask. I heard they have a dev kit yet no game made by them or even in development. But to me It's unlikely that capcom will support the wii u at this point. Considering the wii u comes out soon in 2012.

Shadoweun wont happen. Microsoft owns the IP and lisences it out. Fha kfully there are two PC shadowrun games in development. Hope those are a success a d makes Microsoft take a look at the IP again.

I only just noticed this.

Square Enix's next numbered Final Fantasy game will likely be on the next generation of consoles.

Where the PS4 and Xbox 720 will again be more powerful than the Wii U.

So Square Enix will be focusing on those consoles with that game.

Furthermore, the tech demo that Square Enix showed off at E3 and is almost certain to be the engine for FFXV has got to be well beyond the Wii U's capabilities.

• Super Monkey Ball Deluxe HD (Again, I'd also like to see this on Xbox Live Arcade, PSN, and Steam.)
• Pac-Man VS, Pac-Man Battle Royale, Pac-Man Championship DX, and Galaga Leigons DX. Either as separate downloads, bundled into one, or even as part of a Namco Museum if it's massive enough to make up for Namco Museum Remix.

Mmm-hmm. And until you have any tidbit of solid evidence whatsoever to back your incredulous words up, I'll continue to acknowledge you as illegitimately biased.

While ChoCho can be hyperbolic at times I see where he is coming from. According to mark rein the Wii U can barley run unreal 4 without stripping it down and major optimization. Cliffy B said that he's seen more of the final fantasy demo and the fox engine behind closed doors and they are pushing a few things better than unreal 4.

Hopefully these engines are extremely scalable as its pretty obvious that at the bigger studios the on house engines are going to power every game going forward.
