Ah, yes, the crates finally show their faces. The futuristic one has gotten a much better design this time around, and the present is just......I want to open it. Now.

I also find it interesting that Sakurai is coming right out and saying there'll be a lot of new info in the Direct. Not that we didn't expect this of course, but it's hard not to get excited about that.

That means it won't be released the next 3,5 month for sure.
If they say summer, it definitely will be August. But I'd say it will be Fall.

It has to be released during Summer 2014. And when the heck is Bayonetta 2 supposed to come out??? I thought that was gonna be a Summer game, too!

@Blast As awesome as that would be I don't think it will come out till around autumn/winter.

I agree there... Winter will be WAY to late.
It will be Fall at the latest that's certain. For the Wii U version that is. 3DS may be Winter.

Edit: Bayonetta 2 and Hyrule Warriors are not first party neither are they "big".

Bayonetta 2 has to be nearly finished by now!!! Hopefully its the next game with Super Smash Bros. releasing shortly after that...

Well it sounds like Nintendo has learned their lesson on announcing release dates to early. I wonder what will be shown today

They could tell us the quarter of the year when it will be released.
But that's pretty uncommon announcing something. We have to wait and see. I have that feeling it will be 'season'. =/

Did anyone else have a problem watching the last Nintendo direct live? Or was that just me? I had my wii u, laptop, and phone running it and they all failed.

@Nintendo6400 Its Ustream. It always have that problem considering the directs at least. Watching a smash bros live stream outta be torture considering the traffic amount.

@Nintendo6400 I think the link on Nintendo's website had problems, but it worked fine on YouTube for me.
