I think it's safe to say everything about that leak was real. No altered images or anything. Which brings up the interesting question : was his list of unlockable characters real? We shall find out on Friday if not sooner
Wario was on the leak. He's in, plus the Australian Classification Board upped the rating for the game because of a "character that uses flatulence to attack" or something like that.

As far as we know, all that was modified was a word and shulk's body in a picture to make it look faker.
Wait what, I hope that's not the starting roster, we will only unlock like 13 characters, or maybe that's just for the Wii U. Also how to get the demo?

Exactly. The only two alterations made were to make the images look fake. Image alterations are usually to make a fake image look real, not the other way around. These images are real.
