Back in the day it was one of my favorite N64 RPG's! Also I admit I only played & beat it only with the use of the GameShark; since I never liked dying many times! Also the story might of seemed weak, with the ending pretty much sucking; (getting handed the Etale Book by that wierd guy who was really a pupet who wanted to be free, & defeating the huge demon Mumon all for nothing)! But what I loved were the nice pretty graphics, using the elemental spells; but most of all exploring all of the diferent elemental regions! I think either the Ice Cave or desert were my favorites; also the Castle with the servants evil King!
It was fun, when I played it there was no memory pak though, so I'd have to rush forwards instead of taking time levelling, the boss in the forest always killed me, and I didn't figure out how to use magic.
I wish to revive this thread; anyone still care to share their opinions, thoughts, or memories of this classic RPG N64 game?!
Favorite Song from The Crow City of Angels: I'm Your Boogie Man by White Zombie Favorite The Crow Quotes: "It can't rain all of the time!" "It's not a good day to be a bad guy, huh?!" "Victims, aren't we all!"
Yeah, I remember that, Captain. I played it as a kid; however, without a Controller Pak the game was pretty useless and I stopped playing it. It wasn't all that engrossing anyway, from what I remember.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I remember being at a Blockbuster and thinking the boxart looked cool, so I rented it. I don't have vivid memories of the game, but I remember thinking it was okay.

Yeh, Aidyn Chronicles is good. It's an 80-hour-RPG, feels like a PC game though: Vast landscapes and pretty epic.
There are 15 different playable characters all with their own storyline. There are lots of cool skills like diplomacy, alchemy, merchant, healer, loremaster, mechanic, ranger, thief, stealth, troubadour, hafted, missile.
