The black controller looks kinda familar doesn't it? The A & B buttons are a trigger underneath. I bet people ten years ago scoffed hard at how ridiculous it looks - holding a game controller like a remote? Thats crazy and will never catch on!

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

Did that actually go on market?

I actually think my friend had one of these.

I remember seeing those at Gamestop back during the N64 Era. The main reason I passed on it was cause it was a third party controller, which I never buy since they always seem like a piece of junk.

My friend said that his friend... has a... black Wii Remote like that.

Wait, you said this is for the N64?

I remember that thing, although I never got to actually try one out. It was specifically designed for racing games if memory serves.

yeah, I think I had that controller, and it sucked. I think it broke, and I didn't bother getting another.

I saw one of those back when Rhino Games was in business (eventually bought up by Gamestop).

The only other places I might've seen it before were hotels with N64 game rentals.

Interesting, I have the game, but not the controller. Either that controller is really grubby, or it is a mutated banana!

I thought that was only offered as a Nintendo Power subscription bundle (order the magazine, get the controller for like $20 more. Which still wasn't bad, considering new first-party controllers were $25-30.)
I thought the DK console bundle included the clear green console/controller, before they were sold separately (like the other colored N64s).

I've never seen that thing in my entire life.

I'm back (for the moment)!

Yep didnt that come packaged with DK64?

No, it was a sweet Nintendo Power subscriber bonus. Other Bonuses included The Legend of Zelda Collectors Edition for GameCube and the Ocarina of Time soundtrack. Nintendo Power doesn't do sweet deals anymore.

I'm still waiting for my Banana Wii Remote...

YEAH! I remember, I never picked one up because, as mentioned before, it was 3rd party and I didn't think I would use it.
