This would be legit if the creator asked why this isn't going on the WIIU like "yeah we want to put this on the wiiu but some difficulties is prevent us from doing so." Otherwise this is just a random game you pulled out of everything but wiiu just to post on a single thread to rub on ppl faces and they'll be another game that does this too and do this other again. Nothing but trolling.
