Omega Prime is nothing compared to the last boss on Henry Hatsworth. That was batsh*t crazy. And don't even get me started on trying to do it on Gentleman's mode.

Im at World 3 part 5 and still trying to beat the last part of that level for two weeks now lol im just at the end they be cheatin when tryin to build the blocks

No havin played those before but New Super Mario Bros is very hard to me im just beginin to play games back in the dayz im the person who watch people play but now if im loss in any game my Husband is there to save the day he is a great gamer then me.

The hardest boss for me is Soda Popinski from Punch Out! for the wii. I know your probably wondering why because he doesn't seem that hard but it was difficult for me because I barrowed the game and it was slightly scratched. The scratch caused the game to freeze when ever I try to use a star punch and whenever I was doing really good and knocked him out after taking little or no damage the game would freeze when he took a swig of his soda and I would have to start over. I never did beat him
Two last bosses come to mind, both on mega drive, Gods was a really tough game and its last boss was crazy difficult, as was Robocop vs Terminators last boss at least the mega drive version was, never played the SNES version.
Spiritual Larsa,Mushihimesama Futari Black Label,God mode. The hardest boss ever.

Virgil on the original Devil may cry 3, not the special edition. The very hard mode in Japan was the defalt to the American release. the only Boss that ever killed me in three moves.
