I'd like a virtual handheld but it would be even better if we get on dsi first because then we would get it earlier and I only have one other idea that hasn't already been said which is a 3DS mighty flip champs because I think the 3-D effects would look cool with the flipping.

Virtual Handheld that will give access to GB, GBC and GBA games is all I need. I'd buy the 3DS just for that. (I'm getting it anyway, though).
It's sad, but this would be what got me most hyped about 3DS if it happened. Would go from a "when I get around to it after I get tired of my DS games" to a Day 1 purchase, even if you couldn't transfer DSiWare games. (I will really take my sweet time on it, if they don't let us do that).
On the other hand, a Mario, Zelda, Starfox 3D (pref. in Starfox 64 style), Starfy, Mario Kart, M&L RPG, Pokemon, and Metroid would keep me happy for a long time. Would also like to see something completely new that takes advantage of the hardware. I'm sure Ninty has something up their sleeves.

The Sims 4 (as soon as it comes out or at least is announced, cause lets face it there is going to be a sims 4 and it should be on the ds like it is on the ipod)
I would like to see starfox 3DS that works with Starfox wii/wii 2. The SF 3DS could work as a 3D Radar on and offline with the ablity to 3D scan your face for voice video chat online. Maybe while in the tank you view is shut with a blast shield and you have to use the 3D radar to attack.
F-zero and Star fox would be perfect for 3d in my opinion This seems really far-fetched, but maybe an option for downloadable 3D movies on the DS. Just a thought :/

Watching Avatar unfold on my 3DS would be awesomaliciousbanana.
First, I want to see the actual 3DS. Once I've seen the hardware, I'm pretty sure I would be excited for Star Fox, Paper Mario (as others have said,) and anything else Nintendo has up its sleeve.
