when you select the game in the menu (but don't start it) hold start and select at the same time , the game image will spin quickly to let you know that you did it and while your still holding the buttons start the game and it will be in original ds formatted screen

I can never do that. It worked when I was told to select the game first, and then press start + select, though.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

I think the blurriness somewhat helps 3d games like Goldeneye or Kingdom Hearts smooth out the edges.

When I tried the start and select button the games looked super small and I hate how it looks blown up, but after a day of playing some of my DS games they started looking a little better. In time I think I will get used to though, not yet.

I just find the native resolution to be more my style, even though they are smaller in size. Just my personal preference. And they're even more vivid when you play them in native resolution as the stretching is what washes the color out a bit. Of course this is also something that could be improved via a software update at some point. But for now, I'll play them small. Doesn't bother me one bit.

When did DS games ever not look like crap?

Some DS games that feature 3D modeling can look bad, but the ones featuring sprites look great. That's when they don't look bad, FYI.

Just booted up Sonic Rush. It actually looks really good. Probably because the amount of 3D rendering is minimum.

I'm pretty sure I think I'm funnier than I really am.

Honestly the smaller screens are barely noticeable

This AND that.

I'm playing Dragon Quest IX (Purchased along with my 3DS) But i'm really seeing no problems. I tried the start button thing but it just made the screen really tiny...there's barely a difference, if any at all (besides the tiny screen of course).

Maybe I'm just being picky. I'll be sure to try the ol' start/select trick once I get a chance, though
