Topic: Super Mario 3D Land Pre-Order Bonus ideas

What I like to see is extra levels or a power up or a costume and I like to hear some of your ideas for what bonus we get with the pre order

I'd like to get a Tanooki Suit Mario Keychain. It would be a keychain with a figurine of Mario in the Tanooki Suit.

I would prefer if the game had the ability to download new free levels via DLC, but we know that won't happen.

Let's not kid ourselves here, we all know we're getting squat. _{besides, club nintendo points, of course n_n} And we'll like it.

Their not a fan of pre-order bonus , so don't get your hopes up.
and when did they ever have pre-order bonus for a Mario game.

Has there ever been a Pre-Prder Bonus on a Nintendo game made by Nintendo before. I can't recall one and not just one where we got a bonus gift from registering the game on Club Nintendo, I mean one from pre-ordering the game from GameStop and picking up the bonus along with the game?

I think it's just wishful thinking. :/
Maybe there will be something cool we get from Club Nintendo for getting the game, but it's still doubtful.

Personally I am not a fan of pre order bonuses. For one I dont like the fact that some games have different bonuses depending on which store you get them from. I hope Nintendo doesnt go that route like some Xbox and PS games.

I agree. I hate missing out on in-game content because I didn't preorder it from a certain store. I would love basically anything that Nintendo would have to offer for preordering or day-one purchasing this game, as long as it isn't extra in-game content. However, I highly doubt there will be any extra bonuses.

Pokemon games have always had a pre-order bonus since Diamond and Pearl. I can't remember the pre-order bonus for them, but I remember seeing a commercial about pre-ordering it and get something free. I pre-ordered Platinum and got a Giratina figure. Pre-ordered Heart-Gold and was suppose to get a Ho-oh figurine but the clerk forgot to give it to me and I was home when I realized that, but didn't care since the game was great. _{Forgive me if these weren't pre-order bonuses, but really Toys R Us exclusive deals. I'm 98% sure they were pre-order bonuses though.}
As for a bonus with Mario 3D Land I'd like a Tanooki suit Mario statue or something like that I can display.

Super Mario Galaxy had a special "Launch Coin" that was available with a pre-order. It even came with a nice case and sleeve and everything.

The bonus was an enlarged stylus with either Dialga or Palkia on the top! My dog ended up chewing mine up =(

The Pre-Order bonus for Donkey Kong Country was a Banana Wii Remote Sleeve.
