Got one here in the US today on my and my brothers' 3DSes.

Arrived on mine this morning!

This is only the second special mii release for EU. I had assumed that other regions wouldn't get it because we didn't get theirs. I will be very happy if all releases are worldwide from now on. It will give us a chance to nail that accomplishment in streetpass.

If you're in Quebec, try changing your region setting to another province, as I've heard that was a problem for someone else with one of these Special Miis before (probably some language law thing because the greeting is in English). Otherwise, make sure you have Spotpass activated in your Streetpass Plaza toolbox and that your 3DS is connected to the Internet.

Yep! I'm in Québec... I'll try it! Just hope it won't screw stuff in my 3DS after the lost information when Nintendo "repair" it I'm kind of scary to
loose stuff again...

I just got Tezuka. The notification said it was to celebrate a special new game presentation at E3. He said "New Luigi Game".

possibly a reference to the luigi wii u game.
also, nice to see nintendo being generous wwith the miis.

Silly to make such a big deal about it, considering it's not a real new game. Probably right though.

Nintendo's gone special mii mad! Not complaining though.

It's good to know they are worldwide. When I started this thread, it was only the second special mii the EU had ever had so I got a bit excited! Now we've had four in a week! Did not see that coming. Really pleased though. I was thinking of abandoning streetpass stuff because it was feeling pretty impossible to get all the accomplishments. Now I feel like Nintendo is finally delivering on streetpass and my love for Nintendo has only been strengthened. Don't even care that there were no real WiiU surprises at E3. We may have to wait ages, but when they deliver, they give us the motherload.

I think Nintendo wanted to make up for how few 3DS announcements there were at E3 and show us the 3DS was not forgotten. Kind of ridiculous that we got twice as many special miis in one week as we did over the last couple years. Lol, they've left us 1 short to get the achievement for 10, so I guess we have to wait for the 3rd anniversary.
