@Monsti they do a few events across England during the year. If your interested enough to book a holiday around it, there's enough choice in dates and venues. Just make sure you have deep pockets with plenty of cash to spend though, you'll want to take a more than a few things home with you.
I just wish that the ExCel center in London didn't change their health and safety policies, the used have wrestling their too, which gave a break from walking around the stalls all day.

I can see Nintendo putting up something special on CN for the last month, knowing that loads of people will have blown their stars on downloads. They did a similar thing when the decided we could trade stars for Wii points, then put up the SNES Classic Controller up a few weeks later.

This could turn out to be a great marketing strategy on Nintendo's part. For every load of casual mobile gamers, ther maybe few of them that wll eventually seek out what else Nintendo makes. But that's if Nintendo points the way.

I just hate the fact the Game took over Gamestation and killed them off. Gamestation weren't that great either, but Game needed the competition on the high street.
Still, I might see how Game market place works out.

Sega should just go back to making these sort of games. Their arcade devision used to produce some of the most playable games ever produced, and some where along the way they've lost that sparkle.

And yet there's nobody saying that Call of Duty objectifies men as being angry, blood thirsty, gun toting maniacs that enjoy nothing more than starting wars and blowing stuff up.
It just bugs me that these politically correct minded people are wasting time on something that has a very narrow audience to begin with. I'm sure there are far more pressing matters than an animated pair of oversized tits.
And the thing is, there's the possibility that there are going to be more sales of the game because it's had more media attention. And I'll be glad it that happens.

A reasonably good week, which is a rare thing now.
I'll pick up Punch Out (only because I can't be arsed with swapping disks), I might look into Mighty Switch Force, at those prices it should be worth a go.

As long as the cards are a reasonable price, I'll be happy to take them over the figures. All I want is to unlock in game content for the games I have.
Don't get me wrong, the figurines are cool, but the price puts me off just to unlock that content.

@alLabouTandroiD the DLC prices are on the eShop, buying the season pass is the cheapest way to get all of the DLC. Also it doesn't matter when you pay for the pass, the last DLC is included and will download automatically when it's released.
I can't what to play as Ganon, that should be fun. Also, it would be nice if the scores are online, it would be cool to compare scores against friends.

I wouldn't be suprised if Nintendo have set up a separate division for the QoL range. If it's not related to the video game side of the business tnen it wouldn't make sense to have it developed by their game R&D.
What ever they do with it, I hope it succeeds and brings in the cash to shut up the investors.

dizzy_boy commented on Former Nintendo Indie Champion Discusses the C...:

@quorthon I understand that Dan Adleman said demo's impact sales, and I pointed out that people aren't going to buy a game if they dislike a demo.
The opposite could have been true, if those games were better, then people would buy them based of the demo, but that hasn't happened.
The problem is that not providing demos artificially pushes up sales becauase people are buying games without knowing whether they like a game or not.
If people could return eShop games for refunds, I'm sure the end sale numbers for a heck of alot of eShop games would be completely different.
Nobody knows if they'll truely enjoy a game until they've played it, and a few minutes on a demo pretty much either sells a game or loses one.

With regards to demos, the whole point is that they're supposed to let people try before they buy. People aren't going to buy a game if they don't like what they've played in the demo. Is it really that hard to figure out.
The other thing to note is that Nintendo will only catch up with current gaming trends when the higher ups move on. By that time though gaming will have moved on again and Nintendo will still be far behind.

I can see Nintendo doing something that's going to piss off a load of people.
I remember using loads of stars on Wii shop credit when it was first introduced on the European catalouge, only for Nintendo to put the SNES classic controller on the eShop about 3 months later. At that time, if I kept my stars I would have been just shy of getting one. It took me ages to save up enough to get it. I think of how I could of had two of them, one to use and one for show.
Oh well, the one will do, sitting next to the two Japanese import famicom classic controllers.

@WWammy all WiiU discounts for the eShop are the same regardless of being on the premium or basic models.
If you decide to get Tekken, I would suggest getting a portable hard drive because it's about 16 gig in size. The basic model doesn't have enough internal memory, even the premium model will find most of it's free space lost to this one game.
Tbh though, you can pick up a used copy of Tekken Tag 2 for the same price anyway.
