Now that I think about it, I do think this game will at least improve the Pokemon selection from GtI. Chunsoft should have more experience with 3D now, so there's no excuse for them to have so few now. I'd expect at least 300-400 in this one if not more.

No, what happened last year is there was a japanese liveshow NL streamed of a guy taking a bath and infiltrating a young kid's home.. and then finally recieving a 2 second cutscene of kyogre and groudon with the stream ending immidiantly..

We need pokemon oil and natural gas verison to come out already..

Why is Get TV still on the air again?

I think it was called NicoNico or something like that.

If you watched that live stream (which not too many people did) you'd understand what I'm refering to.

It was the "Pokemon * TV" show (or something like that).

It's a TV show about Pokemon presented by overly-enthusiastic adults, they talk about Pokemon, the anime, games, etc and it's super Japanese.

Yeah, we all remember that one stream. We will never forget the day we were promised the first images of ORAS and all we got was a guy taking a bath.

Nico Nico is just the site that hosted the stream, it's like a Japanese version of YouTube.

NicoNico is essentially the Japanese equivalent of Youtube. The show that was streamed was Pokemon Smash or something. I used to watch clips of it during gen 5 but it was called Pokemon Sunday back then. They keep changing the name of the show for some reason.

I'm amused that most of the discussion about this game is "WHAT IF VIDEO GAME DID A FREE TO PLAY?!" I'm not sure how much I blame that on free to play sometimes being the worst thing and how much on Nintendo fans playing series that are apparently no longer worth any worthwhile discussion.

I've heard that the last one was disappointing, but the DS games were really good.

I've been playing the heck out of Etrian Mystery Dungeon lately and loving it. Is the PMD series comparable? If I like EMD, would I like PMD?

I played a similar game with a Chocobo, so I'm assuming all these games are relatively similar?

And I have heard the best game is the 2nd one, I really should play it someday. I really liked the first game, even if I lost patience with the post-game dungeons. Oddly I remember a lot of people HATING it when the first one came out and me being the minority.

You pick any starter in the game, and ALL the currently known pokemon will be featured with it. The graphics from the previous title will remain.

This is actually going to be pretty sweet! I guess all we need to know now is if mega evolution is present and the story is decent.

My only concern is how stupid it's cutscene are.. entei roaring with it's mouth hardly open? That gives me low hopes.

If there's Giratina and the Distortion World... I'm buying this.

They did exactly what I was hoping they wouldn't do with the starter list (well, besides make it 5 Pokemon like GtI), they shoehorned in every main game starter from every generation and little else. I was hoping for more variety, like how we got stuff like Vulpix or Shinx in the older games.

I wonder how gen 6's influence will take on this. Mega Evolution, the newer legendaries and the lore and all.

I think it's hilarious how Wailord is around full size. LOL.

I hope this one's good; regardless if it has all the Pokemon I'm thoroughly interested.

I liked explorers of sky. It is the best regarding storyline, options and overall just epic in my opinion
