That game is by CapCom so you probably won't get any Club Nintendo points. You only get Club Nintendo points if the games were developed by a first party developer.

i`ve had points cards with some capcom games, but not all of them. resi 4 springs to mind.
also, if you`ve got your wii shop account linked to your www.nintendo account. make sure you do those questionaires, they`re a pain in the butt to clear if you let them build up.

Not so any more. Third-party 3DS games can have them as well if the publishers choose. I have Ridge Racer 3D and Lego Star Wars III, both of which have Club Nintendo codes.

Key word being "can".

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

My North American copy of SSF43D did not come with a Club Nintendo code. I think I read somewhere that European Third Party games had codes, but North American ones still don't.

Could be wrong though. Street Fighter was the only third party game I picked up for 3DS, so I can't really check.

Are the third party games worth the same amount of Nintendo points? I figure the only difference between them might be that Nintendo won't put third party games on the intend to buy so you can't gain the extra points. Though I haven't had anyone able to confirm this for me yet.

You also get 160 coins for registering a 3DS apparently

I think 160 is a bit low since that is what I got for the DSi XL and that system was cheaper at launch by about $70.
