Nintendo is working on a version of Flipnote Studio specifically for the 3DS, though.

[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
I would be interested to know if you could transfer flipnotes from the DSi to the 3DS, I can understand that because of new features it wouldnt be possible the otherway round but I cant see why they couldnt transfer DSi -> 3DS its just wether they would.

Flipnote Studio is like a bit of DeviantArt... It allows users to share their creations over the web and download and view stuff from others. Now only has dA more things to offer (Drawings, Films, Comics etc.)
I know that it's gonna be called likd Flipnote Memo. I hope a few things..
1: Transfering Flipnotes from DSi to 3DS 2: Flipnotes in 3D! 3: More colours and maybe some more options
. I agree. Another usefull thing would be that you could be able to take photo's in the application itself like in the japanese version of the original

Retro games, Modern games, all AWESOME!!!
I don't mind if Flipnotes are in 3D, I think it would be hard to make it look presentable. I don't see the need for transferring, but all the old cool flipnotes I made would be pretty cool to keep.
More colors would be EXCELLENT. And more options, yes.
I had gotten Inchworm Animation since it was basically a full-blown animation program, but for some reason, I really adore the charm of Flipnote Studio much, much more.
