Ill be picking this up tomorrow. Looking forward to some new tower defense gaming! Looks like its well liked. Don't like the price but I'm sure a lot of time and effort was put into it.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
I downloaded it today. Been playing it a little. Died the first raid. lol. Not used to these kinds of games, but it's making more sense the longer I play. Seems to be a huge amount of content so for 10 dollars, can't really beat it.
for all we know this may be the Shantae of 3DSWare.
By that do you mean "Best game ever!" or "Overpriced, a bit meh with nice GFX" because opinions seem to be one or the other for Shantae?
I meant going for the standard look of best game ever. I'm not saying Shantae is the best - I didnt like it that much myself, but from playing what I have so far I think it surpasses Pullbox, and is definately a great purchase.
Finished the first town with a 3 out of 5 star rating. Apparently there are heart pieces in the game. XD
Got the same score Also yes, if you find the ancient temples (whatever they're called XD), you can open the doors by rolling in the slot, and inside is treasure (rare gems + heart pieces ~ 3 makes 1 heart container).
Even though I'm not a lefty, they should really support the CPP for games like this, so the stylus can be held in the left hand and you still have a circle pad to use.
You use the stylus to move around and attack and the circle pad to control your direction.
not for lefties, then?
Nope, and there's no options to change the controls at all that I'm aware of. I guess all the lefties will just have to get used to it. A few hours in and it's still seeming like it's going to be a pretty fun game, I'm glad I bought it. Going to bed now so I'll have to wait till the morning to play some more.
No options for lefties?? OH, they should really update the game to accommodate! I would be so pissed if I bought this and couldn't play it because the controls were all wonky. Being right handed I guess I never realized, I'm sorry you guys have to deal with that. ARgh.. I feel your pain. I would totally complain to Nintendo.

I paid $7 for Samurai and I think it's well worth it, so I will probably be picking this one up in due time... Thanks for everyone's impressions! Keep em coming!

Got it this morning and awesome so far, just from beginning to replay the first mission already logged in about an hour. I'm a rightie, so I find the controls fantastic fun.
Out of the three critic's reviews there have been so far for Dilon's rolling western, IGN's is the only positive one and I'm not surprised. Here's its metacritic.
