Ya, see. I had a lot of those graphics growing up and it just isn't appealing to me anymore. I'd prefer for them to go with the kind of graphics they used in Golden Sun Dark Dawn or Dragon Quest Defenders of the Starry Sky for whatever Final Fantasy remake they are planning.
But that's just me and my humble opinion.

Well obviously I want a new Crystal Chronicles game which expands on RoF and EoT but with the original art style now that they can accurately reproduce it. I wouldn't mind if the CC team remade FFIX instead.
Then I want Tokita's team to either get to work on FFV and VI remakes or a Four Heroes of the Light games.... or how about they finally explore the Heroes of the Dark?(as mentioned in FFIII).

Agreed, at least on the Final Fantasy level, hunter of vampires (I'm too wishy washy to decide on one greatest game ever, but FF V is a candidate and my fav FF)! Yo, what up bro? Heroes of the Dark is it eh? Yes, I'll roll with that because the Heroes of the Dark are the all time Showstoppers! I'd love to see a Heroes of the Dark game on the Nintendo 3DS illustrated in an art style that would be a cross between that of the manga Hyde and Closer and that of the Shiki anime.
Also, I agree that a new Crystal Chronicles game on the 3DS should indeed be done in the original art presentation style of the Game Cube Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Oh, and I can't help but post this Selkie.

Well Panda, what you need to do is make like you've NEVER ever played the Crystal Bearers. Simply forget it. Completely clear thy mind, do a little Yan Swa or whatever those Oriental meditations are called. Head up to Blockbuster or GameStop and acquire a copy of the Gamecube Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles game and play that. Bang, you'll be converted before you can sing '123 ABC'. I guarantee it. Afterward, try playing Crystal Chronicles Ring of Fates and then you'll be swooned with awesomeness.

FHOL sequel please. The best non main series FF game I've played in a long time. Keep that difficulty up too. This game had a lot of good stuff going for it. And bleh to the CC games lol. (JK to those that love the series with a passion. More power to ya)

5 or 6 please. In fact, as much as I love 6, I'd love to see 5 get some more attention as it's my favorite, outside of 4, to play with weird rules (low level, speedrun, solo-char, no equip changing, etc.) due to how awesomely open the job system is.
@Mickey - I can't imagine 6 looking good in 3d either....then again, the angular mess that was FF4 DS's presentation is still staining my brain's eyes. Still--I can't see a 3ds version of a game like that ending up as anything but 3d....so give us FF5, and make the 3d look all claymation-style like the pictures in the instruction booklet.
Or develop a new active-time RPG concept that introduces new concepts and doesn't sacrifice a storyline with the right mix of relate-ability (relatability?) and complexity. That'd be great too...
