I don't know about the GBA games, I think Nintendo would have at least said what the remaining five will be. I think it's much more likely for the update to be available soon, not the GBA games.
Well the update is supposed to bring demos so there still is something for me to look forward to.

Well, that's true. And as much as I want the GBA games, I just don't think it will happen, yet. But, the demos would be just as nice.
if they are all down it is mst like maitenence or a server failure that they are having trouble with. now that i know they are all down i am doubting we are getting the update, demos, or ambassador games.

I couldnt connect to the server earlier on, everytime I went to my friend list on 3DS it said it couldnt connect and then I tried update and that couldnt connect. I got excited thinking the update was coming but when I was able to reconnect to the server a bit later on I was sad to see I still had the most recent update.
