Re: Poll: Have Your Joy-Con Been Drifting?

My switch came with neon red / neon blue on launch day.
I bought grey / grey in July of 2017.
I bought Splatoon neon pink / neon green in September 2017.

All 6 joycons drift to the point that I can't select a game with them even in single joycon mode....

My pro controller is the only way I can play my switch. My kickstand won't stay in my Switch so neither handheld nor tabletop mode work for me. I can only play my Switch docked...

Re: Talking Point: Do We Still Need Review Scores?

I think doing a "Skip" "Check it out" "Must have" "Masterpiece" system with no associated point indicator would be a useful standard - that was at a glance you can tell what's shovelware/trash, what's niche, and what's a system seller, but then delve into the article if you wish to see why the reviewer thinks that.

This is great. I really love what they've done with splatoon 2 and I hope to see a splatoon 3 that continues down this path of a creative culture of cephalopods.
Octo Expansion is some of the best single player content I've ever played, with a good mix of challenge and satisfaction. I'm honestly in love with this series, and Nogami and his team deserve so much credit for what they've done.

Re: Video: A Speedrunner Has Completed Super Mario World In Under A Minute

I mean, ya, it's not a glitchless any% speedrun, but it's still an any% speedrun. Glitches are allowed you know. It'd only stop being a standard speedrun if he started using external tools in which case it'd be TAS. As far as if it's boring, I think it's definitely intriguing and worthwhile to see how much people can break the game into completion using just their skill and knowledge of the game.

@chardir He never says he presses them. He refers to them as being "held down"
