I updated because I don´t want to »cheat« in any way. I even always fear that I might break the experience for me when I feel like I am exploiting some bug or oversight.
For example in the underground I managed to get a skeleton horse and since they are immune to the miasma I was easily able to reach a l lot of those tree shrines and lighten up the area. I immediately abandoned the horse as soon as I realized that his might not be intended.
Also through the sky islands you can often easily access remote areas and that also feels like cheating so I try to not exploit that either.
@Jhena that’s interesting. I think that completely backfired. It’s like have different people paint parts of your picture but without letting them see the whole image.
It works in smash bros because it’s just whacky fun but in this game it looks completely off
this must be like this blue dress – golden dress things where the one side cant understand how the other side sees gold. I really wanted to like xenoblade 2 but truth is I HATED it. it has NO respect for the users time. Everything is unnecessarily complex and cluttered, nothing is intuitive and the art direction is annoyingly random. The characters look like they were all designed by someone else with completely different art styles and the dialogues were absolutely stupendous.
Yet that game got glowing reviews. I feel like it will be the same with this one.
I feel it should be mandatory to point out that this game can only be enjoyed if you like JRPGs. Only then. Because JRPGs are a very special breed.
If you (like me) absolutely don´t get how those unnecessarily complicated menus, the awfully cliché dialogues and the overall just weird aesthetics can be enjoyed by anybody, then it´s not for you.
I loved miitomo. It was adorably silly. the animations, the sounds, everything was just weird and quirky and didnt make much sense. Thats why I loved it and I agree, you had to have the right friends to enjoy this "game" with. I did and it was super funny!
@Giygas_95 Oh wow Megaton Rainfall sure look trippy. I had never heard of it. Still it´s not really an alternative to NMS. So far I´m very looking forward to morphite. graphically much simpler but maybe the mechanics will be better.
No man´s Sky. I know it´s not being loved by many but I think that´d be a great title for the switch. I love the idea to literally have a whole universe in your hands.
@Varkster There is at least one good reason: The switch dock is unnecessarily big. That´s fine for at home but if, say, you visit friends often to play with them on their TV, you might want a small TV-Adapter.
Technically that´s no problem. But Nintendo does not offer that.
Miitomo was pretty useless but strangely fun IMHO. It was cute and weird and I loved that. It made me buy a switch so thats some return on investment. Too bad they are pulling the plug.

Re: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Nintendo Treehouse Livestream Announced
do you guys spell it tears or tears? Because I feel like most people call it tears while I think it’s spelled tears.

Going by the very first trailer and the new trailers, it looks like BOTW2 is going "above and below" … so looking forward to it!

I somehow liked spooky sonic. It looked like sonics hidden child from when he was with a human once

That picture is obviously photoshopped … why though?

"A bad sign" is the best pun I´ve read on this site ever.
