Haven't used the Game Genie on the original Legend of Zelda in probably 30 years, but I still remember the code for "don't take damage from anything": AVVLAUSZ
It looks like Nintendo learned absolutely NOTHING from the US preorder trainwreck (that actually happened TWICE). Sorry to hear this happened yet again for fellow Xenoblade fans in the EU.
@Gerald agreed. At least for the North American launch of the N64, Pilotwings 64 was the only other launch day game beside Super Mario 64. Hence, I played PW64 quite a bit and really enjoyed it.
"Noah, Eunie, and Lanz are sent out on another routine mission from Colony 9, but this time..." Wait...Colony 9??? Was this announced somewhere previously? Interesting...
I've been holding out for a physical release (at the very least, through Limited Run), but I just couldn't pass them up for 5 dollars apiece. Ended up playing through Contra twice, Super C once, and the Japanese version of Contra once last night. Good times!
9/10. I missed the one that asked about Nintendo's best-selling console. I picked the Wii because I considered the DS a handheld and not a console. Gahhhhh!
Like many others, I use the Wish List feature heavily. I browse the Coming Soon section often, and putting the games in which you're interested into your Wish List really helps you to not forget about them, especially if you can't buy them right away. It's a very simple, basic idea, but it really does help. I would agree, though, that visibility for games can be an issue with the volume of releases these days.

Hell, I'd even settle for just the Samus minifig.

14/15...missed the last one.
Re: How Well Do You Know Nintendo Hardware?
@aetios same. It said "console", and I think of the DS as a handheld, not a console.

Re: Unseen64 Digs Up Some Screens of Brimstone, a Cancelled SNES JRPG From Taito
Wow, this looks amazing. It looks very reminiscent of SNES Shadowrun with some Secret of Mana mixed in. I would've been all over this game!
