Core gamers like us don't need to be "convinced." Give us good games, and we will come. So on one hand, I agree with this guy, in that, Nintendo might continue to want to preach to the mainstream since the core gamers don't need to be preached to...On the other hand it almost sounds like he's saying that Nintendo should ditch the core audience entirely which is messed up on every level.

I don't want a red or blue 3DS--I wish Nintendo would give NA some decent colors already.

I have zero problem with this. I would never buy a retail game in downloadable form. Having physical copies is the way to go. As for download-only titles, 32G should be a great start. If I need an external later on, so be it--But I don't see it as being a problem.

Seriously doubt this--I mean, I'm psyched and picking mine up on launch day. It's just that, unfortunately, most people aren't going to see the Wii U as being as big a deal as the Wii. It's not quite as revolutionary for the general public.

You know, I always loved this game despite the "meh" reactions from everyone else. My siblings and I still play City Trial to this day.

The Rogue Squadron games were all amazing. Such a shame there can really be no sequels or remakes. Kinda feel the same way about X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter.

This is the kind of thing I was afraid of. Nintendo fans don't want other third parties invading our beloved Smash Bros. — Especially not Namco Bandai of all devs.

I owned this game as a kid, so I guess maybe a lot of why I enjoy it is nostalgia, but even still--I think it's a bit better than Phillip gave it credit for. But to each his own.

Yes--A new Mario game. But it's for 3DS, which makes it the second Mario game for the 3DS, PLUS the THIRD game in the New SMB series, with a FOURTH announced to boot. So while it'll probably be great it's not that new and exciting. What we really needed was a Mario Wii U launch title--They gave us New SMBU--The freaking fourth game in the New SMB series--They're milking that series for all it's worth, and, once again, it'll probably be great--But it's getting a little bit old, and they didn't even announce if it'd be available at launch or not.

And he's boasting Nintendo Land as a great new idea? Don't make me laugh. No one's interested in dinky little mini-game collections like that.

I love Nintendo, but they need to fess up and see that this E3 wasn't that good.

If Retro's involved, it has to be good.

Being a small-scale, mapless Metroid title, making the game more linear was a wise choice on the dev's part. I have fond memories of playing this on an emulator with my cousin at my grandma's house.

I really hope this is true. "Wii U" is possibly the most laughable console name in history. Maybe in Japan that sounds perfectly okay, but here in the states it's ludicrous.

Went to GameStop to set up some pre-orders today. Did KH3D and Rhythm Heaven Fever but totally forgot about this one. I'll have to make sure to get that one in.
