I think Im gonna get this game. I played the NES version when i was a kid along side Zelda 2 etc.. Metroid , Mario etc.. and I can still hum the tunes in that awesome game.. I hope they pay homage to that version somehow.. cause so far, this game is totally different..

For example, one of the biggest things that NES did that I never saw in any other game of that time was the last level changed game engines. From up down scroller to a side scrolling shooting game that was very distinguishing quality.. And Icarus' sprite doubled in size..

Why is this site sooo European focused? Is nintendolife from UK? I would like to at least include hints if the product is heading to the states or not..

I think it has to be something that a VITA buyer will hear and cause them not to buy a VITA but rather, dish it out for the 3DS.. right? What could that be? Maybe a new version of the 3DS? with specs that match more of the VITA? not processor but possibly battery life being better and also 3rd party game support similar to vita?

Pinball Pulse is amazing game.. I put about 100 hours into that 5 dollar game literally. Ive found myself playing through and realizing its 3am.. and i need sleep.. so put it in sleep mode to continue the next day.. sort of wish it has online leader board.. cause nobody can beat me!!!

i bought this like 2 years ago and played it on my train commute for many days. i ended up missing my stop once and didnt notice til i was 2 stops past!!! thats how much you can get into it... but, i would have to say that the March of the Mini's the first one with the level editor was my favorite just because it was so much fun to share levels with fellow forum friend lists..

Nintendogs, WiiMusic, ... next... my guess.... Glue Sniffer ... heard it here first. With sniffer attachment. Will be very addictive

please make a game for the wii or ds that has a level editing mode. i love mario vs donkey kong and that concept placed on a new creation like little big planet is a good way to go

when to USA? I remember I loved it and beat it.. I also remember the last level being a entirely different engine from the main game where the sprite was actually larger than normal because it became a side scrolling shooter. and you gotta beat medusa.. also remember topless statues in the background .. anybody else remember that?

zen pinball didnt get that great reviews for the xbox or ps3.. ill wait til i see a demo or something.. not an instabuy for me.. Pinball Pulse for DSiWare only.. bummer.. if they allowed transfer to 3ds, id be a happy camper..

is it better than pinball pulse? that uses both screens. which makese more sense to me than having it on 1 3d screen

u guys serious? 250 - 500? INSANE!!! nobody will buy it. It has to do what 3DS did. go down to the price of the current wii at 199.99 or else it will not get into enough living rooms for 3rd parties to even consider backing it up. It HAS to be 199.99. and basic Wii will drop to 129.99 mark my word!!!

i just wish link wouldnt look so stiff walking around.. add some secondary motion.. and momentum.. learn from Ico and Shadow of Colossus.. and expand upon those gems!!!

Mario Vs Dk 2 March of the Minis was far superior in everyway to this Mayhem! but its old and probably not available anymore in stores...
they should release a 3DS MarioVsDK4 instead on the 3DS store instead as a free download for a 3DS purchase. id buy it for sure then

If you want a great Original pinball for the ds, get Pinball Pulse the ancient beckons for only 500 pts.. its 1 table, but really well designed with goals and objectives that are skill based. meaning the more you play it and the more you understand the strategy, the better you become

Until then, I really really recommend Pinball Pulse The Ancient Beckons if you like good ol fashion Pinball with a twist. The physics are amazing and you can become good at the table.. where alot of video pinball is sort of harder to control the ball = less fun. nobody can beat my high score on PPTAB!!!

BTW, if you havnt seen this movie, its pretty epic... Oliver Stone so, pretty propaganda-ish.. but well done. With Tommy Lee Jones.. but he doesn't show up til like half way into the movie.. and its very very depressing.. so, if you dont like depressing movies, stay away.. but the music is grand. aint it? too bad Square is running out of ideas and has to steal music now.

I don't have a 3DS yet. I really wanted one like when they first announced it but now that I'm seeing things like, StarFox 3ds no online support... I'm glad i skipped out on this stupid waste of money machine with just a 3d gimmick.

but, the vita is not dependent on the ps3. you can take it with you anywhere and play games away from the system. i think there IS a drawback to both though... I think what would be a great idea would be to have dedicated Wii U controller games but also have the option of using your DSi and/or 3DS to communicate with the wiiU because then you could have football games where each player can make decisions about what plays they can and will do stuff like that.

I heard that the new controller will be able to emit small bursts of Electro Magnetic Pulses. Which you can use to destroy electronics within your home. For the final stage, you can actually destroy electronics within a 5 mile radius!!! What progress.

You know how apple is sort of making a big impact on handhelds? I wouldnt be suprised if they came out with some sort of Apple TV/Gaming machine at around the same time as Wii U... claiming that people can play iTunes / movies/ games.. I think Apple wants to take over the markets not just with handhelds.. so be prepared for a possible eclipse over wii u

LittleIrves - i believe the GBA one was far superior in manyways because the lack of stylus means only button pressing and its more accurate and you get less frustrated wondering if the touchscreen picked up your movements vs wondering if you did it wrong. with the buttons, you know if you got it or not. you should look it up on youtube i loved it and if it only came with the drum session part, i would still recommend it. the music was really catchy too. the baseball one will forever beat in my brain.. if this video doesnt sell you , then you shouldnt even be thinking of the wii version haha..

I love the GBA version from japan. That had an awesome mode to learn the drums. and I now play on a band because of that. (im serious)

Yeah whats up with that? Why don't they bring us Virtual Boy stuff instead of all this crap we can get for free from emulators? They should revive all those great VB games that nobody ever played because nobody had a vb. Just colorize them and make them higher resolution . all the 3D aspect is already done for nintendo.

Also, if they are rereleasing already made classics, why dont they combine them into a big combo pack. like 50 nes classics in 3d for 500 points.

We should sue them.! Only because they didn't warn us when we purchased these games that they may not be transferable to future systems. That should have been in the disclaimer for when we purchased. can you imagine if they did disclaim that? How much less those games would have sold?

I dont download often but I did and I say think twice. I love platformers and Mario Galaxy etc... but this game isnt really that impressive. Definitely not a 9 out of 10. more like a 7 in my books.

I think what would have taken this to the 9 out of 10 realm would have been a level editor where we could share levels we have created with friends over wifi. It seems doable seeing what mario vs dk does.

But overall, this is very over rated. It makes me not want to get the other Mighty Flip Champs, worried that may also be overrated.

The reason I dont love it is because its sort of like just taking a game concept like Mario Jumping and turning that into a game. It feels like a part of a bigger game that doesnt exist. Like you should be able to go explore more but cant type of aftertaste.

I loved the original for the GBA because it has a drum mode where you end up using all 4 directions + A, B, L and R .. that mode was awesome!!!

the related links show you the drumming lessons which get really difficult but I got A score on all modes!!!

I think it will be a redesign on the balance board. Something to stand on that is circular rather than rectangular and it has a pivot in the center that allows you to do walking motion in 360 degrees. which will make you feel like you are actually walking when playing zelda etc. thats my wild guess
