For the first 30 seconds of this game’s trailer I couldn’t have cared less but as the trailer went on I became more and more interested. If it reviews well I might consider adding it to my stupidly large backlog
I’m genuinely shocked there aren’t more Tomb Raider games on Switch. Especially the newer ones like TR 2013 and Rise of the TR could run on the 360 so why no Switch. Even the ones released in the 2000s like Underworld and Legends would be welcome.
@Not_Soos I’m not sure if it would help because my issue is that I don’t have fingers or tendons on my left hand so I can’t hold the left Joy-con. Puts me in a difficult position because most stuff like the gyro in Splatoon and even the motion in Mario Galaxy is ok. But when I have to do complex actions with the left controller like in Arms, Skyward Sword and this game it’s almost impossible. Every disability is different and it would be really hard to design an accesability controller that allows for motion capability, even just what Xbox has done with it’s accesability controller is a miracle in my eyes.
As someone who can’t hold both joycons due to a disability it’s a shame to see another Nintendo game that I physically can’t play (unless theres an option to use a pro controller). I just wish Nintendo would take accesibility into account more when designing their games.
@Snatcher if you win with a ko you’ll get 2500 xp insted of 800 + amount of turf inked in turf war but it’s much harder to win consistently in ranked, especially the higher up you get in the ranks
My Zelda story is very interesting. Strictly speaking, my first Zelda experience ever was Phantom Hourglass on my mum’s DS. I remember not knowing what the heck was going on. I only played it because I was going on holiday and I needed something for the long journey (this was before I got a 3DS). I got to through the first dungeon but got stuck on the second section of the Temple of the Ocean King. A few years later, my interest in the series grew again after I found a copy of Twilight Princess for the family Wii. Unfortunately, my patience as a 7 year old couldn’t last through the stupidly long tutorial section, and although I managed to get through, I am ashamed to say that the puzzles in the Forest Temple were too hard for me, and I never finished it, and I was also confused about why I had to shake my controller to swing my sword. I’ve always disliked motion controls after I gave myself a nosebleed after being a little too enthusiastic with my shaking in Mario Galaxy 2. This trend of getting bored early on continued. I got stuck in the Forsaken Fortress in the Wind Waker (I still think that stealth section is really stupid), I couldn’t find the Kokiri Sword in Ocarina of Time, I gave up in the original Legend of Zelda after 10 minutes. Then, as a reward for a good school report, in 2019, my dad bought my Breath of the Wild. I fell in love with it as soon as I stepped out of the Shrine of Resurection. It was the first Zelda game I finished, and I’ve loved the series ever since. I even went back and beat all the games that I disliked in the past (except the original, still can’t get through that).
I loved reading the comments on the video. Everyone was pretending that they didn’t know the eshop existed before Nintendo released this video, let alone how to dowload dlc😂
The first game I ever owned was New Super Mario Bros U, which I got as a Christmas present along with a Wii U when I was 5, but the first I played was probably Angry Birds on my dad’s Ipad
Haven’t had the issue but definitely would have been infureated if it had happened to me. It’s a shame, as the two dungeons that follow are some of the best 3D Zelda dungeons in my opinion
This saddens me. Dr Mario World is my favorite Nintendo mobile game. I understand why they shut it down. It wasn’t popular enough and wasn’t making them enough money. But still. Guess I should go and play it while I still can
I live in Europe and over here My Nintendo is really lame. I never used Club Nintendo because I was 6 when they shut the service down, but from what I heard, it was great. Loads of physical soundtracks, posters, collectible figures, free games for Wii U and 3DS and (most importantly) a use for the game boxes. Now we live in a world where the only My Nintendo rewards available ate notepads, calendars and bags. In America the service is much better from what I’ve heard. Just a larger selection of prizes, including these cool coins. For anyone who’s got to the end of this comment, thanks for taking the time to read this dumb rant about an optional service.
