Ive got 3 total games on my BF agenda:
Disgaia 5 $20 bestbuy
Mario and Rabids $30 Walmart
And Ghost Recon Wildlands $20 Walmart and Best Buy (xbox one)
At 350 hours Ive finally hit the burnout stage. I started losing interest when I took up doing reverse expanding square search patterns. Hopefully this new dlc will revive my interest.
@Donutman There are some games that still just work better on a laptop if Im being honest. Crusader Kings 2, Panzer Corps, OOTP baseball: these are just a few examples. Hence the reason Im still lugging around my laptop along with the switch.
Before purchasing I'd have to ask myself, "You could play chess right now on your phone for free. How much do you currently play chess?" And the answer is why I'll probably pass on this one.
Its a fun game, but I found that it tends to get a bit repetitive for my tastes. It's old school rpg fighting style, turned based, though done very well and with the added element of party morale that has to be dealt with. This is a difficult game...perhaps repetitive isn't quite the right word....slightly repetitive with a high degree of difficulty. Youll need to manage everything just right or you'll soon find yourself with a party that is stressed out, terrified and shell shocked, to the point where they wont do you much good in the field.
That said, this is a really well done game for what it is. I never finished it and I might pick it up again for the right price.
I've played this to near completion on xbox 360 but never finished it. I look forward to playing it on Switch. Should be a great port , really looking forward to it. Hopefully we'll see more ports from Rockstar (Red Dead Redemption? )
I got this game on sale for half price...30 dollars. I've really enjoyed the game, with its open world this is easily the best lego game I have played. Cut scenes are amusing. Once you play thru the main story, (or before if you prefer) you can start to work towards 100 percenting the game, which to me has been as much fun as the main quest. Since this game is available for a considerably lower price on other systems, I dont recommend paying full price. However, if you see it on sale for 30 or less, you will get more than your moneys worth. I consider this game a kid friendly gta that is also fun for adults. Dont miss out on this one!
Speaking as someone who never purchased the wii u, I'm all for these ports to the switch. Even if I had bought the wii U, I'd probably still welcome these games due to the portability aspect of the Switch. Keep them coming, I'd like to see more of these, like Paper Mario, Zelda games, etc...

Re: Talking Point: What Games Are You Playing This Weekend? - The Triumphant(?) Return
After a long hiatus from my xbox 1, Im trying to wrap up Assassin's Creed Black Flag so I can move on to unity. Yes, I am sadly behind the times....

Re: Feature: The Biggest Nintendo Switch Retail Games of 2017 - Fall / Winter Edition
Im kind of surprised that Skyrim isn't more around at least the 20% range. I guess most have either played or don't want to shell out $60 for it.
Re: The Flame in the Flood Begins Its Journey on Switch Next Week
Pretty soon you wont need Steam!
Re: Review: Astro Bears Party (Switch eShop)
@KIRO I'm in. Ohhhh kickstarter....that is well played!
Re: Review: Astro Bears Party (Switch eShop)
Would rather get kicked in the shin.
Re: Feature: 20 Games That Aren't On The SNES Classic Mini, But Really Should Be
How did I forget the Tecmo Super Bowl series? Add that as well.
Re: Hands On: Picking The Right Moves With Chess Ultra
Before purchasing I'd have to ask myself, "You could play chess right now on your phone for free. How much do you currently play chess?" And the answer is why I'll probably pass on this one.
Re: Feature: 20 Games That Aren't On The SNES Classic Mini, But Really Should Be
Illusion of Gaia
Ogre Battle - this is one I never played, but wanted to

Re: Deals: Upcoming Nintendo Switch Games And Accessories For October And November
Looks like Im going to be trading in alot of 3ds games, and possibly the 3ds itself.
Oddysey, Skyrim, and LA Noire for me!
Re: Review: Arcade Archives Mario Bros. (Switch eShop)
The hi score feature is cool, but I wouldnt pay more than $2 for this game. Honestly I probably wouldn't even pay that.
Re: Rumour: Source Who Leaked L.A. Noire Switch Port Drops Hint That Grand Theft Auto V Is Next
Beat the main quest on xbox 360...would play again and go for 100% on Switch.
Re: Review: LEGO Worlds (Switch)
It is a shame. I was hoping for a good game at half the price of most other games. Im forced to pass.
Re: Reminder: Arcade Archives Mario Bros. is Out Today
8 bucks for a game that probably takes about 8kb of memory....I'll pass.
Re: L.A. Noire On Switch Will Run At 1080p When Docked, 720p In Handheld Mode
I've played this to near completion on xbox 360 but never finished it. I look forward to playing it on Switch. Should be a great port , really looking forward to it. Hopefully we'll see more ports from Rockstar (Red Dead Redemption? )

Re: Nintendo Download: 21st September (Europe)
For a second I thought Pokemon gold/silver was coming to switch. I'd be down with that.
Re: Layers of Fear: Legacy Will Bring Horror to the Switch Soon
@N8tiveT3ch - Yes, it's creepy like that...as well as visually creepy.
Re: Layers of Fear: Legacy Will Bring Horror to the Switch Soon
A fun but short game that doesn't have much replay value. I will pass, and if you haven't played, I wouldn't pay more than 15-20 bucks for it.
