@JaxonH well said man. I couldn't believe how good Other M was when I eventually played it. After hearing the rubbish often talked about this game I do wonder if some people just missed the first person aspect, as they could no longer touch their man boobs and pretend to be Samus playing Other M. I thought Prime was better myself but Other M was still great.

I think it works. I also think whoever decided not to localize Xenoblade and The last story on a system that had no decent games being released when it had a massive install base should be out of a job. It was really dumb

It wasn't long ago the Wii u was selling about 3000 a week. I honestly think it's on the up and I do struggle to believe that Nintendo didn't have a piece of software in mind when they decided on the dual screen approach. For 3ds the 3d element was made for a Link between two worlds. Something big is coming for Wii u.

@element187 I have to disagree. Resident Evil looked better on 3ds than it does on Wii u.

I have the 3ds version and I've been trying not to buy the Wii u version because I already have the game. Now I have to get it and I'm pleased I was too tight to get it before.

Everyday I see the same story about Wii U and I'm just about sick of it. The Wii U will sell as many as Xbox1 and PS4. Just because a couple of thousand hardcore geeks say it won't does not mean it is true. Kid's love Nintendo and responsible parents love Nintendo and it's the cheapest option. Print these stories when there may be a story after the launch of Xbox1 and PS4 or better still after the launch of Mario Kart 8 as the true fate of Wii U will not be known until then.

@Mahe The gamepad controller is really good. By all means pick holes in the Wii u if you want but leave the controller out of it. Off screen play and game immersion that is second to nothing I've played before make the gamepad a huge plus for the system and I think it remains its best selling point. I also think you can't have played much with it to be talking rubbish like that.

@Peach64 it was outstanding marketing and it can be gauged by the number of comments The Wonderful 101 threads are getting now compared to before the Nintendo direct. This game will sell twice as many copies as it would have because of the way it's being sold. I don't know if that will be enough to make the game profitable or to push more consoles but I do know the game will sell better than it would have because of the way it's been marketed through Nintendo direct and the pretty awesome demo.

It is a good game but it does have its issues. My main gripe is that you can't skip the dialogue on repeating a level. That might sound minor but it gets really annoying.

I'm going to buy this. It looks proper mental. I love the old sega like colours and it looks like they have really catered it for the hardware. I just hope it's really pushed with lots of advertising because I would love to see it do well.

@FiveDigitLP I did'nt take offense to your comment mate.I was just trying to make it known that it's a really good game.If you play it you will have fun..Your a friendly person and I think if your play Metroid other M you'll understand why Nintendo don't take many risks.

@FiveDigitLP I bought Other M for a fiver and I thought it was awesome.The story was like bad soap opera and I thought that was a big plus point and the game was really fun.It was a great game and it should have sold a lot better than it did.It's no suprise Retro done a Donkey Kong sequel.Platinum are the new Retro. If the games they make do well they will rule the world.Platinum are ex Clover who made Okami.I really hope they have some involvement in Zelda HD.Anyway you and Reggie are right.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo are going to give Super Mario Sunshine and F Zero GX the HD treatment with a few tweaks here and there soon.Zelda will not be the last HD remake.I'm drunk so I have no real point.Happy gaming.

I agree with Reggie.Nintendo first party games never come cheap second hand and there is a reason why.I missed Reggie being at E3 on stage because that man could sell ice to the eskimos and as sweet as the nintendo directs are they are lacking a bit of passion.Reggie could present a nintendo direct about a squeeky rubber dog toy in the shape of Mario and I would think about buying it even though I don't have a dog.

I think Nintendo lanched the Wii u early to get a head start and they are concerntrating all of their efforts on getting games out in and around the ps4-xbox console launches.If your stuck for a game to play I'd recommend Metroid other M as it costs about a fiver and it's a pretty sweet action game with a soap opera style crap story that I thought was a strong point.

It's great news as most atlus games seem to be getting realeased in europe and this has'nt been the case until now

I don't understand why everybody thinks this game won't be released on Wii u.Its been rumored that it will be released on Wii u for months and it would sell well enough to make money for Take 2.The only reason GTA4 was'nt on Wii was because it was'nt powerful enough.Nintendo know they need this game to get the teenagers who think killing and gore is mature and that Mario is for kids onside.It will be on Wii u.

@ToxieDogg yeah shopto are brilliant I use them most of the time.Fire Emblem is just one of those games that I will play for a very long time so I would rather have it to hand.I still play The Sacred Stones from the GBA part of the Ambassador program so I think that influenced my decison.I will download Animal Crossing as well but I do still buy most games from boxes.I still by CD's as well.Not many mind because music is doodoo these days.

@Hunter-D hello mate i just wanted to make sure you knew that buying a code from Game is cheaper than just buying a game from the e-shop.So it is very worthwhile if you would rather download a game and you don't have to go to the shop you can buy them online.I got fire emblem for 34.99 yesterday instead of paying 39.99 on e-shop.It is a good thing.

I'm going to download Fire emblem because I'm not going to remove Monster hunter 3 ultimate from the cartridge slot for another year or so.If i could rewind time I would have downloaded it for the extra tenner.The same goes for Animal crossing.I'll be playing it 20 minutes a day for a year or so.Maybe longer if I stay up raving with kk slider

@SirQuincealot i'm pretty sure it's a turn based system with a juggling mechanic based on timing your button presses right.It looks to be very similar in the way it plays to Super robot taisen og saga:endless frontier which was also a Monolith game.It was a fun game but the battles did get a bit boring by the end.With a few tweaks it could have been brilliant as i hope this game will be.

Well if the 3DS was region free like the DS was I would'nt be to bothered by this.But for some reason it is'nt and it could prove very annoying if say a sequel to Radiant Historia is ever released.I imported a few DS games over the years and they were pretty hit and miss but i do miss it and because most Atlus rpg's are pretty text heavy i think we will miss out on most of them in europe on 3DS after Ghostlight muffing up Devil Survivor overclocked.

I'm getting this on 3ds because I love really hard games.I loved Ninja Gaiden on Xbox.I loved Zombi u.I would love Dark Souls if i had an Xbox 360 or PS3.I also loved the demo for this.The buzz you get from beating a hard game is amazing and that is what I'm expecting out of this game.

@moomoo i have to disagree with you.A 4.7 score in no way indicates that a game is mediocre.If 5 is the mediocre and the score is just bellow mediocre then the game is bad.I have Aliens Infestation for DS and i think It was good but a bit overrated i would give it a 7.I prefered what i've played of the castlevania demo to Aliens Infestation.You claim you liked the demo too so i don't understand what your point is.

I played the demo and I thought it was fantastic.I also agree that Colin fron IGN is entitled to have an opinion.What worries me is how someone can score a game that has been made with a lot of care and attention and has appeal to many like it's broken.This is a growing trend in gaming and when i think of some of the crap i've played over the years, and compare it to Castlevania it does'nt add up.This is not a really bad game! I felt the same about zombi u and i do think having Playstation people reviewing excusive Nintendo games on IGN is bias and it should'nt happen.

@Tsuchiya while i agree that the 2d mario games are a bit lame some of the games featuring mario that don't sell so well are brilliant.sticker star is a fantastic puzzle game disguised as an rpg and bowsers inside story was so clever in the way it mixed puzzles,rpg mechanics and action that i could'nt put it down.the innovation is there, but it just does'nt sell that well.i'd like to add that sticker star is reviewers nightmare because it's a time killer and that's something they don't have. everybody who love's getting a bit stuck but not for long like you do in a zelda game should buy this.

@Chriiis i have a vita and it is fantastic.the games i've played are excellent and the battery life is not at all bad.the main reason sony handhelds have struggled against nintendo one is practicality.the clam shell design of the ds is so good and the more robust design makes it so much easier to carry around and use without fear of dropping it.the vita design makes you scared the leave the house with it and if your playing games at home you might as well play something hooked up to your tv.all sony have to do fit a sturdy case that you can snap shut and bob's your uncle fannies your aunt it would sell really well..

nintendo have absolutely done the right thing going for less power.if they had come out with a power house console they would have sold a few million extra consoles to all the tech heads,but they would have lost 40 million sales from families who would'nt pay for it.nintendo make toy's for kid's and awesome games then try to cater to adults.sony and mircosoft do the opposite.

i loved zombi u i've played it though and traded it in.but if what i've heard about digtal loading times being alot quicker is true and a similar price cut comes to europe i will get it again.

i have also read that the multiplayer is pretty good.if you are an aliens fan and you like a bit multiplayer action this game sounds worthwhile.how long do people spend playing cod single player before they spend to rest of the year online?i'm a bit sceptical of reviews at the minute.sonic allstars racing transformed not receiving 10 out of 10 from every reviewer is a disgrace.diddy kong racing+fzero=sonic allstars racing transformed.

kid icarus was the best example of story and gameplay working together that i've ever played.i have no doubt in my mind that masahiro sakurai will one day make a game to top all others.he just gets it.he makes games that you can play all year.proper fun games.a lot of crap games need a story to keep you playing.so do a lot of good games.this man is genius.

@Bankai i honestly think it would sell 300k. Origins was a very popular game and it would have sold a couple of hundred thousand consoles.@CaPPa rayman origins did make ubisoft money.True it made most of it's sale's at a reduced price,but it did'nt cost that much to make and it sold pretty well.

so john spent 400 hundred on games that he played and enjoyed or hated.then he lost the games and he got 200 back to spend on new games that he has'nt played.sounds sweet to me.

@Slapshot i agree dispite a lot of effort from nintendo AAA 3rd party games don't sell so these games will not be on wii u.but i think the eshop games will and i think thats very important.there will be new content on a regular basis and that has not always been the case on nintendo hardware.

nintendo are in a tricky spot with wii u and it's sold millions.the world has gone mad.i remember the same thing happening with the 3ds and it was'nt until the vita released that the truth became apparent.nobody is buying new consoles.yet nintendo still sold millions and they will continue to because responsible parents will always buy nintendo.it will probably do no favours for the big third party devs and thats why they don't want to be involved,but it's going to sell out next christmas after a small price cut when the games arrive.

i've got a wii u and i think its great.i had a dreamcast and that was great but shenmue 2 left me pissed off and angry.as long as nintendo don't start a story and leave it unfinished the wii u is untainted and magic.playing the rayman demo made me happy.shenmue left me wanting revenge.i will have my day lan di.one more go on outrun and a quick game of darts then revenge will be mine.

@jayblue the time trail is dead hard.theres a different route about 2 thirds of the way around where you drop onto the track bellow.without doing that i could'nt finish it.i bought the game on the strength of this demo it's bloody awesome.

i would be up for that.i've just cleared zombi u tonight and for the first time ever i'm going to have a second run at a game because i sucked so badly the first time and the way it ends you kinda have too.sym1 i was lucky to avoid all the glicthes in the game but there were a couple of times i though the game had glitched towards the end but you just could'nt take shortcuts and had to go the long way around.i hope that helps.

@mudjo i can't rememer the ins and outs of it but there is a very helpful guide on ign.i've got virgin media and had a very hard time getting online.tap in your search engine getting your wii u online and scroll down to advance settings and so long as you have a computer with windows on it.it will tell you what to do.good luck.

i really like the first one on 3ds.i have'nt finished it. but it's in a pile of about 20 games that i will have finish.i hope all new games get banned so i can get to work on it.
