I hope they will slap us with some great releases/discounts/virtual console stuff after such a long drought on 3ds eshop... Can't find a more logical explanation.
What Nintendo should definitely do is to release the long waited F-Zero, Metroid Prime and maybe even Mario entries as the release games on NX... As well as the port of Zelda U or a new one... That would make them forget the bad taste of WiiU sales performance...
I read one article [on the internet] which says Nintendo's presentation didn't have the "good impact", because they don't keep doing the same stuff over and over again, say they are innovators. Then I read another article which is around the idea that Nintendo doesn't innovate enough, that they keep doing same stuff. Yet, N's success, I believe, is because they always present what is familiar in new and innovative ways... And they are creating new IP's... Splatoon, S.T.E.A.M. are just two that were released in the very last month...
I paid my fair share of 1 dollars, since I already have Moon Chronicles, OlliOlli and SteamWorld: Dig, and that I don't own a wiiU... But this may change with new games, if anything worth comes.

If FF is a eshop title, I'm ok with it. If it is a 39$ boxed retail game... I'd knock Nintendo's door and ask: "why?"
