we have a family dock for family time playing. It works great in its limited capacity of being used 2 times per week. Other than that its in my game room where I play. Got it from Best Buy for 30$
always felt 12 was a better top to bottom game than 10 but the pacing of the game was always too slow to do feel like i was getting anywhere. the x2 speed made this game a much better experience.
10 is still great tho, i just didnt like the sphere grids. felt overly tedious and time consuming to miss one thing and you could never make it up.
Honestly its the best FF of the ps1 era. For me its not even close. It's story was a solid one, exploration was great. battle system was good, only one character that was intolerable. It's a game that was the last of the FF series for me. Other than the MMO's.
Octopath was an amazing game, the only thing it lacked was a clear coherent story line. Although if the story was followed carefully, then there was an overarching story to it. It did need a way to carry the story after doing the 8 stories.
Solid game overall. I think a score of 6 is a bit harsh, but this is my first experience into the Atelier series, I would give it a 7 as it is average, but not below average for an RPG. I've enjoyed it enough that I'm picking up some of the other games on ps4, if it were a 6 game I definitely would not be doing so.
Personally, i have done both and will do both. I do think for the games i'm passionate about i will get physical. But for games like Fifa, Madden, etc digital is fine when its on sale. I also like indie games it allows for some great stories to be told, that might not be told otherwise because its not a big enough company.
Also fine for digital if it keeps older games alive with each new generation of console. Or allows for games that are harder to find due to limit productions to still be played

It's a good game, but for me it ranks 4th/5th in the final fantasy series.
Glad I can take it on the switch if I can get back to it someday.
