That logo seems like it's the only thing they've come up on their own and it looks awful. I get it when people are inspired by other games, but honestly that is pushing...or the line between getting inspired and ripping off is so far in the horizon it can barely be seen.
Saw this coming last E3. I'm happy that Nintendo took the delay route rather than rushing to release it for holidays, as long as polishing it is the reason for the delay. Am a bit disappointed, but I guess I prefer delays over the Ubisoft/EA route.
But hey, 30th anniversary! And as long as they handle that better than Skyward Sword then I'm happy.
I'd much rather have a new, actually good Paper Mario instead. But if they've decided to stop making them, then yes, by all means, do a remake rather than repeating what happened with Sticker Star.
It's not surprising at all that Nintendo got so much attention since they did have longer show than other companies. So yeah, obviously when you stream for several hours a day people are going to notice and talk about it.
I kinda want to buy a PS4 when I can spare that amount of money (or when its price drops enough for me to justify it). Bloodborne looks mighty fine and I really wouldn't mind some inFamous and French revolution shenanigans.
E3 was cool, the whole treehouse thing is interesting though having some sort of schedule would have been nice. Though I guess then people wouldn't have been there to watch other games that aren't as hyped as Smash.
Would have loved to just hear Aonuma talk about the new Zelda, though I guess we'll have some interviews soon enough.
Overall it was solid, at least this conference focused on the games. I found Sony's presentation this year to be awkward, though Microsoft did well. Really liking the attention they're giving to indie devs as well.
I hope they'll be doing something similar next year, hopefully with some more Splatoon.

Pokémon Praise the Sun Edition [T]/
Been kind of consistently disappointed with 3DS Pokémons though, so I'll wait and see if it is actually worth it.

Re: Nintendo Secures Plenty of Nominations in The Game Awards 2014
Best Remaster? Seriously? Lol. I want the "Best Annual Rehash" category as well.
GOTY for me was Dark Souls II even if it pales in comparison to the first one.
