Great game. Even better once I realized everything wasn't going to be easy and I would need to start grinding some characters to level up. There is also a big learning curve with all the buffs and upgrades that are found in the lab. Love it.

I purchased MK11 on Switch and Xbox.
Differences I found so far...
Xbox version the Krypt is only requiring gold to open the crates in the two main areas.
Switch version the Krypt is requiring gold or many crates are requiring the green crystals which take longer to obtain. Confused at why this is different?

Audio Setup
Xbox has a way to link mobile MK to get a second announcer voice.
Switch doesn't have an option to switch announcer voice and I can't find a way to link to mobile.

Online
Xbox has a box for leagues coming soon in the ranked section along with the rank box next to it.
Switch just has the ranked section.

Anyone else own for more than one system and notice differences?

I can see why the switch users would complain about the grind as it's much easier to get gold and open the crates on the Xbox version.

Self-Control people. The game is great and the same old cry about microtransactions is getting old. They are optional, not required. There is plenty of content included in the base price. I don't plan on spending any money on microtransactions. I'll unlock things naturally.

My only complaint would be a lack of cross progression as I don't want to grind on two different systems. I'll buy games I like for both Xbox One X (4k) and Switch (Portability) to have the benefits of both, but progress needs to be shared.

I don't quite understand the whine. I've been buying digital only for the past 5 years and won't go back.

I usually only keep around 10 games installed on each as that is way more than enough games to cycle through and keep me busy. When I get bored with 1 I switch it out and redownload another one of my games.

I did this because trade-in values for games is utterly low crap and you can't lose, scratch, or break a digital copy.

I tried this game out for mobile and was impressed with how far mobile games have come. Now moving it to the Switch with the ability to use sticks and triggers is a good move. This however should be a free to play game as it is for Mobile and PC. I've never been one to complain about loot boxes since they are optional. Most of the time they're visual only so who cares... Get over it.
