@Rareusgold your commentary is irrelevant. One is fine art made by a creative genius that endured for thousands of years, the other is a block of plastic, made in a factory, with obsolete tech. Step off with your lunacy.
@NintenDan_ curse of the moon and this version bloodstained are two separate beasts. Different mechanics, physics, movements, etc. As it stands now, it looks clunky and almost lifeless. I would much rather have the 32 bit graphics a la Symphony of The Night or the GBA Castlevania visuals and aesthetics. I could be wrong, the game could be a treat but I don’t know; the whole thing looks a touch sloppy to me...
Looks and sounds delightful; I’m not a huge fan of RPGs but this certainly impressed me with its art design and music. Hope it succeeds its goals, gets released and proves to be popular for fans and supporters.
@impurekind I concur. Playing Metroid Zero Mission, Fusion, Donkey Kong Country Trilogy, Contra, etc- what a blast! Hoping we get ports of these on the Switch eventually.
@impurekind I had a Micro but somehow lost the damn thing over the years. Breaks my heart just thinking about it; loved that system and the great games I had for it. The SP was a treat to play with as well; great amount of battery life and great resolution too if memory serves.
Looks lovely. I like this retro aesthetic a lot. It’s like peering into a digital glass window with incalculable amount of glowing pixels shimmering in the dark.
Waste of money. People are insane for purchasing this sort of thing for such obscene amounts of cash. It’s just plastic with a computer chip inside. -SMFH-
Fingers crossed we get a Metroid Prime Trilogy HD Collection for Switch, Pikmin 4, virtual console/SNES games, and some more Smash Bros character announcements.
@Snakesglowcaps I’m about 5 hours in; taking it all in as I go along. Definitely a 9/10 so far. Great voice acting, eerie atmosphere, gorgeous soundtrack and a gripping tale. I’m very pleased.
No interest in a Mini unless they have it better battery life, a D-Pad and the ability to make folders and use custom wallpapers and of course voice chat within the system.
We can only hope we receive an HD trilogy on the Switch. I adore this series and to have them on the go would be a treat indeed. I’m shivering with excitement just thinking about it.
Never really understood the appeal of this series. Granted, the narrative seems neat and the concepts presented are unique but the more I hear about it, the more convoluted it all becomes.
Kinda tired of the almost endless slew of sequels and lacking of new gameplay mechanics and evolution of the formula as a whole.
I might be in the minority here but this seems like a waste of time money and resources.
Kudos on anyone enjoying it though, it’s just not my cup of tea, you know?
It’s comforting they have faith in their property and Retro Studios and we will be receiving a potentially better game because of it. Heartbroken for the delay but elated for the new prospects of the game. Especially knowing Retro is behind it once again.
I kept seeing this on the PSN a while back and noticed it was going for half price whenever they had a random flash sale.
Very curious about this one; I love Rutger Hauer and I adore the Cyberpunk genre.
Hopefully this game will be the definitive version on Switch and will purchase it posthaste.
I would love for Amnesia and SOMA to hit the Switch as well. Hell- if they could get us the Bioshock and System Shock 2 remake on the system, I’d be thrilled as well.

The game should be a thrill from start to finish but I do believe some extra bells and whistles could definitely enhance the experience.
Re: Talking Point: Is The Remake Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Worth $60?
I’ll be grabbing this once released. Not paying full price but will still grab it.

Re: Random: Epic Games Sues After Unofficial Fortnite Event Sullies The Brand
This bad press for fortnite and its fandom pleases me. Hopefully it’ll hasten the insufferable franchise’s demise...

Definitely looking forward to playing this one. Looks absolutely terrific.
Re: Monster Boy And The Cursed Kingdom Appears To Be Getting A Switch Demo
