I just don't understand what Nintendo has good going for the console right now. The console is underselling, it lacks big games and it doesn't seem there will be any big game for Nintendo to promote for people to go out and buy a Wii U anytime soon. Yet people insist Nintendo will be fine.

I don't hate Nintendo at all. I own a Wii U. I even went out and bough a portable hard drive for downloads and so far I haven't downloaded a single game because most of the games are old pc ports and are overpriced. That is really disappointing.

Unless Nintendo has some secret plan they have yet to reveal to Wii U owners then unfortunately Sony and Microsoft is going to wipe the floor with the Wii U in 2013. I wish you luck Nintendo I really do but it would seem you botched this one up big time.

@Mikau94 Agreed. It is all about the games and Nintendo is severely lacking in that area. Ask yourself, do I want to go play Destiny a brand new fps or go rehash Mario or Zelda for the 100th time ?

I thought Son'y PS 4 was impressive power wise. Nintendo getting very little 3rd party support. Their 3rd party support has been very average to poor. This is part of why the Wii U is failing so hard. Nintendo needed to come out of the gate with a brand new ip made for everyone to play, not just the Mario or Zelda players.

They may be trolling but so how true is that statement. Nintendo hasn't made anything new in decades.

I cancelled my pre-order the other day. Not suprising this game isn't that good.

There is nothing wrong with the video game market. There is everything wrong with when the Wii U launched. Bad timing on Nintendo's part and it is showing via sales.

Ok Nintendo give us a reason not to trade in our Wii U's for a PS4 or Next Box.

Nintendo needed to launch with a brand new ip for both mature and youngsters wanted to get their hands on day 1. Instead we got more Mario, old ports of games like ME 3, Arkham Armord Edition and Darksiders 2 . Zombi U and AC 3 did not sell well on the Wii U. So what were people going to play ? Not suprising the Wii U is not selling well. Unless they have something extroidinary planned then its Game Over Nintendo. Sorry but the thought process that went into this Wii U launch was horrible.

A flop because it launched way too late and missed out on all the great games of 2012. You can't even get the season pass for Black Ops 2 or Nuketown on the Wii U version. Sadly it looks like I'll be trading in my Wii U for something else this year. So far Nintendo has no good games announced for the Wii U in 2013. Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101 don't cut it.

All her life ? She is only 21! LOL... It still is a good interview but try to find someone who is maybe in their 30's-40's next time to impress people on their devotion to Nintendo.

The apocalypse isn't here but tell us what game does Nintendo have that is going to make people want to rush out and buy a Wii U ? Zelda Wii U is not until 2014. In 2013 so far they have nothing on the table that is going to wow gamers. I want Nintendo to be successful in the worst way but it seems they are out of touch at the moment on what players want. Great games sells consoles Nintendo, not a gamepad or any other piece of hardware.

Should have done this at the Wii U launch. I would have bought this bundle instead of Nintendo Land which I never play.

When September rolls around I won't even care about Rayman Legends.

What games do you have Nintendo that will make your console more appealing to players ? Let me guess, zero... Why ? Because you launched the Wii U way too late and missed all the good games in 2012 and so far in 2013 you can't even get Bioshock Infinite, Dead Space 3, Tomb Raider and Dark Souls 2 to even touch your console in 2013. Now that Rayman is not an exclusive anymore you are in big trouble. You need to pull a rabbit out of your hat real quick for you to survive in 2013.

This is 2013, don't want 2008 graphics. So yeah, graphics do matter to players.

So what about these unannounced games ? They better not be ports unless it is the Mass Effect Trilogy or Skyrim.

It is obvious he knows what is under the hood with the new Xbox and PS4 and he is comparing it to the Wii U. The Wii U needed to be something special but clearly as we have seen through sales it is mearly average. Why would you invest in average ?

Nintendo themselves even admit they have underachieved. Yeah they won't last long when the PS4 and next 360 hits the shelves. The writing is on the wall. They goofed up big time.

The problem is that Nintendo released the console so late that not many are not willing to make an effort to put it on the Wii U. Nintendo blew it by releasing the Wii U too late. They missed out on a lot of great games and will continue to do so. Tomb Raider, Dark Souls 2 and Bioshock Infinite just to name a few.

Safe to say I'll be turning in my Wii U for either PS4 or new Xbox. More rehashed titles and nothing for the mature crowd. Nintendo is supposed to be moving forward not backward.

From what I been hearing, they will be charging $50.00 for a year old game ? Any confirmation on this ?

Now all you have to do is send this information to Nintendo.

Looks like another cancelled Wii U game that I'll just play on the pc. Getting really disappointed in Nintendo.

Agreed. Saw the trailer as well and was really turned off by it. Nintendo should have gotten Telltale to but their game on the Wii U instead.

Love the new gamepad. It makes gaming so much more effective with the pad.

Great game but it feels really empty when you have to do the comic to catch up to everyone else.

I thought sales were pretty darn good compared to the PS3 and 360 launch. Also the people at my Gamestop actually love the Wii U. So taking this article with a grain of salt.

Wasn't looking forward to this but I'm curious to find out when will the Wii U have more rated M games for mature players. It seems many are passing on the Wii again and it seems I'll be out 300 bucks.

If they switched it to 9pm,- 3am it would not be so bad. The 11pm time is just too late for anyone to start downloading anything.

Totally agree. You know everyone loves Zelda and Mario but it really is time for Nintendo to turn the page. If they are really serious about making the Wii U for everyone then a M rated franchise is a must.

Just buy the new games when they go on sale.
