Excellent mod. It's pretty apparent that Sakurai is taking notes from the competitive community with Smash 4. It's seems like there is a greater focus on precision, combos, and balance in this new Smash. Which makes me freaking happy!

I'm fine with Mario Milk, as long as we get Star Fox, F-Zero, and Metroid before that.

Honestly I stopped giving a damn about Nintendo's success with the Wii U. As long as I continue to get amazing games(which I am) then I really don't care. Bring on Smash baby! I'm buying both versions!!!!

Damn, Nintendo did everything right this Direct. They gave release windows, explained differences, new features, focused a lot on online play, and announced new GOOD characters.

Hype Train is in maximum overdrive. Can't wait to get my filthy hands on this 100% pure gaming experience. Cheers my fellow Nintendo fans.

Nintendo is the king of optimization for their own hardware. The technical stuff they pull off with the 3ds is just flat out impressive.

Eh, most of these games look lame. I'm just waiting for Shovel Knight, Hyper Light Drifter and Mighty No. 9!!! Those are quality Kickstarter stuff!

I can't wait for this game yo! UGH I NEED IT!!! Persona Q is probably one of the only games that does the Chibi art style perfectly! DAY ONE.

@sub12 There is NO way X is coming this year. Nintendo has been avoiding a release date for it unlike Smash and Bayo 2. Iwata always says in the Direct "We hope you are looking forward to playing this title in 2014." after a Smash or Bayo 2 trailer, but never says that for the X trailers. My guess is X is a Spring 2015 title similar to DKCTF.

@rjejr Well we know Bayonetta 2 is coming in 2014... They've said it in multiple Directs. My guess is Bayonetta 2 will come in September, just like the Wonderful 101.

I'm personally glad that there is a direct focused on Smash, because I would really like them to explain whats in the game, how the online may work, and who knows? Maybe they will unveil a character and give a release date!

@SCAR392 You know the video game community is at a low point when we start worrying about how many freakin' pixels are on a screen. Gameplay, gameplay, gameplay. That's ALL that matters to me.

The visuals of this game look GORGEOUS! It's so appealing to the eyes! I'm also glad Nintendo went with 60fps on this one! It looks butter smooth!

If there is balance in this game, then that means there has to be NO blue shells. Immense amount of rage was caused because of those damn things!

@bizcuthammer Yeah, I think that X will be a Spring 2015 title for Wii U. Which I'd be perfectly fine with, as long as we get Zelda U(We know it's coming) and Yoshi's Yarn this fall.

I think Iwata deserves at least until the end of 2014 to get his s**t straight. If he fails well then I'm not all too mad about it.

Damn, I can't believe Bayonetta 2 is only 4%. You Nintendo fans really do only want milk. I can't pity you guys anymore when it comes to third parties abandoning Nintendo. I mean seriously? Bayo 2 is doomed to the same fate as TW101, poor Platinum Games.

Nintendo just needs to focus on making a lot of sweet a** exclusives and try to be on a schedule of releasing a game every 1-2 months. Drouts never help a console. Also they need to be more aggressive with their push for Virtual Console, try to release 5-10 VC games every month! Another thing is they need to make online play a bigger priority, in their games and in their system in general. I personally also think it wouldn't hurt to release SOME classic SNES/NES titles on iOS with ads for the Wii U on those apps.

I thought the Frostbite one was hiralious! It's now optimized for Mario and Zelda! LOL That would guarantee success for them, given that the majority of Nintendo gamers only buy Mario and Zelda! LOL XD

I bought Rayman Legends at launch. Glad to support quality 3rd party stuff. I recommend everyone else does.

@noctowl I personally believe a Namco character doesn't belong in a Smash game. Sega and Capcom were all right for me, but I think Namco is pushing it.

Namco characters are grimey! I want Bayonetta, Wonder Red, and Shulk! Ugh! I wouldn't mind Pac-Man though!

I think the Oculus and Morpheus will flop. Nintendo is smart for not jumping on that bandwagon.

Eh Infamous sucks. The master sword is too awesome for a mediocre game. Sony needs to step it up.

Kingdom Hearts 3D, Kid Icarus, and Megaman Legends were the main reasons I bought a 3DS in 2012. When Megaman Legends 3 got cancelled I felt so freaking mad. I really have hated Capcom ever since the beginning of the last generation.(360,PS3,Wii)

Capcom is dead to me. They are now Crapcom to me. I used to be a HUGE fan of Capcom back in the day too. Sad.

Mad respect for this dude. Second to Texas, New York is one of my fav states. The people there are cool.

I want the new Yoshi's Yarn to be as challenging as Yoshi's Story!
