I don't think I like the idea, so I don't mind it being rejected.
And yet, I personally think a Star Fox RPG could work (a Sci-Fi RPG-- not so much 'High' Fantasy, of course). They could really flesh-out Corneria and the other planets within the Lylat System, while also throwing in more traditional arcade segments along the way (like Adventures did, but more often, and with more variety).
If anyone has played Xenosaga: Episode I on PS2, picture something very similar to that, in terms of combat & exploration, but swap things like the Gnosis & A.G.W.S. mechas for Aparoids & the Arwing/Landmaster, etc... I'd buy something like that, anyway.
Ah, jeez. This reminds me of E3 2015 when eBay users were selling those metal Arwing pins and logo patches for Star Fox Zero. If I remember correctly, the metal pins in particular were easily selling for around $100-$150 each.
What bugged me the most were the dozens of sellers who posted their images of the metal pin upside-down, as they assumed, apparently, that it was supposed to be "V"-shaped. That just says, 'I don't even know what this is — I only grabbed it so I could make some easy money.'
...checks eBay ...The one and only 'Buy It Now' listing that I can find right now is currently requesting $59.99 for one.
'Toys for Disney Infinity 1.0 were notoriously hard to find, so there was a more concentrated effort to produce enough toys for 2.0 and on. Unfortunately, this increased stock was misjudged, and there ended up being way too much left over.'
By the time Infinity 2.0 was released, amiibo were right around the corner. Coincidence? Disney may have overcompensated for a sizeable group of potential buyers that had already turned their attention elsewhere. As for the initial stock shortage, scalpers may have also helped create something of an artificial demand, and they too may have shifted focus with the arrival of amiibo.
I never played the Infinity games, but I always thought the figures looked nice (even more so than most amiibo, honestly). Now, I'm tempted to buy some favorites before prices become inflated. Hopefully, they'll all go on sale just before that happens.
Here's a pretty elaborate one that I was told once: Some time before Pokémon Gold & Silver came out in the U.S., I remember a kid telling me that Ho-Oh was actually named 'Cybird', and that it could be caught in Red/Blue/Yellow with the Master Ball. At some point late in those games, you supposedly had to talk to an old man who says that he can take you among the stars. You'll then warp into the sky and walk around on clouds until 'Cybird' randomly appears. This, however, had a very low chance of even happening, and the only other Pokémon you'd encounter besides 'Cybird' are Goldeen...in the clouds. When I questioned that last bit, the kid responded 'Tsk Man, I don't know. I didn't make the game.'
I wanted to believe it, but it just sounded too dumb.
I can't say that I've played any of these games myself, but it's still always a shame to hear about a studio closing.
Was anyone else introduced to Medabots by the anime when it premiered on Fox Kids in the U.S.? I loved that show-- Heck, that whole Saturday morning lineup was the best.
I completed Chapter 1 of the PSP game on a friend's Vita years ago, then watched a play-through of the rest of the game on YouTube after I returned the handheld. I'm usually a total wuss when it comes to anything Horror, yet I was actually really intrigued by this one.
The climax of Ch. 1, though... still creeps me out. I had to replay that one part several times before I did it right. It was a nightmare...
@Detective_TeeJay Pizza Hut did just that actually, back in 2014. I think it was a bit more elaborate than this, though: https://order.pizzahut.com/tmnt
I ordered Raphael's Favorite once. It's basically just a variant of Meat Lovers.
Something I'd like to see in the States are MonHun Energy Drinks, or "Mega Potions" if they prefer. Honey is an ingredient for both of those items in the games, so an actual beverage could be made with real honey too, I think.
I honestly thought that the West wouldn't see this game until Japan got "Cross G" or something to that effect.
I'm still playing MH3U on 3DS every now & then, and I haven't even reached the final boss yet. I had figured that I'd probably skip MH4U for this game, but NOW MH4U's 48-hour sale price has me awfully tempted to buy it too, as does the bonus content for Generations with 4U save data being present.
...I already have so many other games to play, though...
I had previously emailed F4F asking about a Star Fox ship line, and I was told that it was something that they were definitely considering. However, their prototypes for the Metroid series would need to be successful before they pitched the idea to Nintendo. ...That was EIGHT years ago.
Now that this is finally happening, I pre-ordered one right after I saw this (Thanks, by the way). I couldn't resist; I've wanted an Arwing toy/model ever since the N64 game launched, and even resorted to building some out of LEGOs a few times. Why no other companies have really taken a crack at it before now is totally beyond me.
Yeah, +$299 a hefty price tag, but F4F does offer Flexipay to break the payments up, and you won't really be charged until LATE this year (so you can be saving up in the meantime).
...Please let the Arwing from Assault be next. That, or the Landmaster.

I had always wondered what would become of the canceled Wii Vitality Sensor from E3 2009...

Re: Nine SEGA 3D Classics Get Discounts in North America
Many of these titles were on-sale around this time last year, for $2.99 each. This is great for anyone that missed the boat last time, though.
I wonder if SEGA is planning to announce another 3D Classics Collection game for retail anytime soon.

Re: Legendary Pokémon Zygarde, Shiny Xerneas and Shiny Yveltal All Coming to the US as Gifts
@woomy ...I can't un-see that now.
My first thought was how inverting the black bits on both Pokémon to white actually looks pretty cool.
Re: Legendary Pokémon Zygarde is Now Available as a Special Gift in Europe
I honestly don't have a Zygarde yet, so I'll be keeping a lookout for the NA distribution, if and when it happens.
Thanks for the heads-up.
