@Rice Tbh I think the 3DS remake is better looking, there's not much colour in this and has the same issue of looking foggy, reminds me more of the 360 era, I get it it's the 40th anniversary but would like to see something new on Switch 2 that isn't a remake of a n64 game... Again 3DS has both and honestly look better

@Alcea It's crazy Sega haven't done a collection of the Sonic Advance games after making so many collections of the genesis and game gear games, the only time Sonic Advance got re release was on the Japanese Wii U VC, and the awful phone ports of Sonic Advance 1, it would make easy money for Nintendo, throw in the muitplayer along with Sonic Battle and you got a solid collection, even Mega Man got collections for his GBA games.

I mean Sonic has held guns in Smash Bros, Sonic Forces had a weapon system, oh yeah Sonic also used a sword in black knight I know not a gun but still I kinda respect it Cus Shadow 05 was very cringe but the same time Mario has held guns, Yoshi's Safari was a full on light gun where Mario short enemies with the Nintendo Super Scope while riding Yoshi.

@WheresWaveRace Cus people love to complain about something, Mario Kart World is fine but could be a lot better, thing I love if you want classic Mario Kart, MK8DX never went away, fact Nintendo gave even updated it again proves that, hopefully next they will have some proper dlc for Mario Kart World, remember even playing Mario Kart 8 on Wii U with no dlc and QOL changes the Switch version added is rough in 2026.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is still the best Mario Kart, love Nintendo haven't forgotten it, it does look so good on Switch 2.

@PlatinumTour Guess he wants it to be more of a b movie, have more silly moments and maybe cus graphics have gotten too realistic especially with gore that's what's turning him away, I wouldn't make it less scary other then maybe have a censored mode so it's not as graphic with the gore/blood and perhaps a easier mode that tones down the scary scenes, think these should be optional and not required aside from the censor mode on the gore, I know some games give you the option so if you don't like seeing graphic gore it tones it down, remember Call of Duty World at war had a mode like it, story/setting was still scary but having the censor mode on would stop you blowing people's body parts off one of the first war games that got graphic like that, I personally liked the feature but having the censored mode option was good for people who didn't like it but still wanted to enjoy the game.

@FlyingDunsparce There be a time in the future when 4k is a con, honestly for a PSP I don't see how playing it in 4k would look any better then 1080p.

@wanderer314 I mean this is looking pretty good for Switch 2 as long it's stable the only real nitpick I have with it is it's a game key card, other then that this is looking great looking forward to playing it in the winter.

It's clearly Ai but then again the James Pond games were nothing amazing other then the Robocod the 2nd game in the series somehow got ports on everything back then and right up to PS1 and PS2 getting ports for some reason, even reached the Switch years ago, there's enough ways to play it already without a collection made with ugly ai slop.

To be fair this should not be surprising considering much storage a new Call of duty game takes, even Modern Warfare 1 on a PS4 disc had to download the rest of the game just to play it.

@Strictly_Switch despite MGS2 being a PS2 game that ran at 60fps and even on PS Vita when it came to Switch 1 it was locked at 30fps so this is a big improvement Konami is putting in actual effort this time

@BrewsterTea Ya think this is bad try playing the Wii ports of Modern Warfare and Black ops lol now there rough ports on weak hardware.

Honestly seeing this run this smoothly after growing up with the Wii ports and awful DS Cod games this is amazing it's 60fps and isn't missing any content, honestly the graphics don't even look that bad, again it's impressive it runs this smooth, fun gameplay and good performance is what ya need for a solid port. Might just get back into Cod.

Honestly not that, already got mine and happy, just wanna know what other new games have in development for it.

@Splash_Woman It's still surprising they haven't ported either Adventure games to modern systems yet there's like 4 ports of Sonic 2 on Switch, was kinda hoping at least when they said Sonic Adventure 2 item they meant something new then the soap shoes.

I think the golden Zelda Switch Lite was a better design and deal too.

It's the same as Blue Spheres from Sonic 3.

@Jeronan also 2032? Even the PS2 didn't get support that lasted that long, a lot of releases have been skipping PS4 such as collections of old games to try get people to buy more PS5 games.

@Jeronan PS5 Pro is just the New 3DS it's not a actual new console with it's own games, as I said the PS5 has been out since 2020 by November it will be 6 years old and really I can't see it lasting that long, the only real big game coming for it is GTA 6 but again I can see that being outdated being only 30 FPS untill PS6 offers a new version that will be 60fps like the PC version, so it's not going to be worth it in the long run, not to mention the bad press Playstation has been getting about physical media and ownership of digital media being deleted, a PS6 over a 1000 is gonna be a hard sell.

@nomither6 Somehow doubt that, honestly don't think Playstation is gonna be around long after 2028 lol, as for Xbox they haven't been great since the 360 era, not to mention Sony games already appearing on Switch.

@Olliemar28 Tbh Xbox already has the Master Chief Collection which has Halo 1 and others, with new graphics meanwhile this is the first time Playstation ever gotten a Halo game so it's kinda special on that side, like seeing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on GameCube for the first time after growing up in the 90s.

@OrtadragoonX Nearly a thousand for a console that's 6 years old isn't a good deal tho, for that you can get a brand new switch 2 which doubles as a handheld, you can't play the Xbox series s portable, nor pay extra for a disc drive/cartridge slot which has more life ahead of it.

@Jeronan But dude you can get most of PS5's exclusives such as Spiderman, Ratchet on Steam now, again it's a lot of money for a console that's 6 years old and already talks about being replaced by PS6, at least again with a computer you can do more then just game and more kinds of games are available.

@SillyG Opportunity was totally wasted, again while it's not official Red Viper plays Virtual Boy really well, on a new 3ds the 3D effect actually looks cool.

@Jeronan As I said PS5 is over half a decade old now and honestly there hasn't been enough exclusives to make it worth buying, again with how Sony is treating it's customers ain't gonna help sell their consoles, the whole physical media ending, making it possible to delete people's account/digital content if they don't keep logging in, as for the steam machine I mean the best part of Steam you can load it on any computer based system, I got a Rog Xbox Ally and been mainly playing my Steam games on it, it's great plus you got all the other games/media you can get for PC, from emulators runs 360 emulation perfectly, ports like the recent recompiled ports like Mario 64, Star Fox etc fan games and just games you can only get on PC, the only interest I ever had getting a PS5 was GTA 6 but honestly I'll just skip it, it run better on PC if GTA 5 and 4 are any references, we didn't get 60fps GTA 5 till PS5...a game that originally came out in 2013

@OrtadragoonX At least with a gaming pc your getting new graphics and ram, you do realise series x and PS5 are over half a decade old, your paying more money for old hardware, this ain't gonna help Sony or Microsoft sell more systems especially how there treating their customers.

@Jeronan I mean the price of a PS5 or Xbox now you might as well get a Gaming PC, there's barely any reason to own a Xbox or even a Playstation when most of its best games are on PC, Microsoft could easily out shine Playstation and even rival Nintendo if they bothered to make better use of their ips they own Banjo yet the only recent thing from that series was a short but cool dlc fighter for Smash instead of remaking Halo 1 again joining Sony with going all digital, right now the best set up you can get is a gaming pc and a switch for Nintendo's exclusives.

@KillerIsD34D I still on the fence about getting a the office NSO GameCube controller cus you can remap it to work with other Switch games, I'm just saying if you want analog triggers on Switch there are options, Sunshine is playable with the normal Switch ones it's just not same as playing it on GameCube that being the pressure of water you use with Fludd that's really it

SEGA please take notes this is how you do a proper Switch 2 edition.

@KillerIsD34D That's why GameCube controllers are supported, going from All 3D Stars playing it with the standard Switch triggers is ok but you lose bit of control.

@electrolite77 Kinda funny it's the only mainline Mario game not to get a remake, even Luigi's Mansion got a remake tho stuck on 3ds tho some of it was mixed into Super Mario 64 DS mainly music and a new level based on Sunshine which I always thought was cool.

Finally a reason to play GameCube on Switch 2, they sure took their time to add this, at least you won't need 3D All stars to play Sunshine officially.

I can't wait...for people to dump the unreleased Virtual Boy games so I can play it on 3DS with Red Viper
