where are final fantasy 3 (FF6 japan) and mario kart ??? also, street fighter 2 turbo should have been there, because it gave one hell of a long franchise legacy, still up and running strong today. Secret of mana 2 also should figure into this list.
elseway the list is super accurate. But there is so much games on the snes that are memorable. Truly the console that gave me the most memorable times. i rarely play a game twice these days, but the snes made me play some titles over and over again, years after years...even today !
2d platformer... awesome. i hope to see more of these on the 3ds. too bad im not a rayman fan. i might try it out, because i admire all that illustration and desogn that makes it look so good and stylish.

yeah, burning_spear is right. nintendo made clever moves this year. this one tops it all. no gamecube backward ? why the hell not ? oh yeah, to make us buy all the older models. they did the same with DSi and dslite. you needed the DSi, but needed also the DSlite for its advance port. !#$!@ Whats next ? a 3DSlite without... i loved bionic commando for NES, but i remember being angry at the gameboy version. megaman was hell. HELL. hardly ever got that pissed at poor design and illogical level of difficulties. i wanted to forget it. forever.

i think it depends of the project. an eshop title could be a good opportunity to involve fans, but i wouldnt see this happen on a larger scale game. it can only lead to broken things.
but the megaman legend 3 idea was innovative and simply fantastic. its a shame it was left behind. im sure they would have gotten much more fans than they thought. and new ones too.
Just keep a part of your game open to user content, like maps, plugins,skins,or whatever. this gives your game much more lifespan, and makes it much more memorable in the end. Some games gave me more years of playing just because of that.

6/10 ? geez. i rarely say this for a review here on nintendo life, but this one can have 7/10 easily. you gotta consider how much time the makers had to create a game for a new console. meaning new dev kit material, new way of doing for that 3d effect,etc. for the money they ask, this is an achievement. im sure it could be better with more time invested for it, but for what it is, its quite good. if you like golf games that is.
and being portable, being rather cheap for a title that could easily be a retail one, it can have its 7, at least. heck, some retail 3ds title has less content and less quality than this one. this is an eshop title, dont expect to have a 45$ retail game qualitywise title there, even if in my opinion, this one does.

so all they want is people to keep their games, and slow down the used market. im sure they lose a lot of sellings because of that. think about it. a game company sells thousands of copies. then half of this thousand i sold for the used market, and that half finds new owners. that's half a thousand copy the game company wont have they money for, or wont have their selling statistic.
picross DS is the title that got the most time of my DS AND 3DS. just cant get enough of it. picross 3d stands proud very near too. the only downpoint ive found is that when im playing another game like GTA chinatown war, i must put picross away from my console. it cant... stay permanent on it...sadly. picross E is a blessing for me, instant buy !

mine leaves amrkes on my screen protector. good thing i placed one before even powering it on for the first time. the marks were off after a cleaning at first, but now they just seem to stay there. its a good thing i have the protector, and im seriously think of customizing my 3ds by adding a thin plastic piece so it wont close on my screen.
of course it would be an instant buy ! i skipped ocarina of time for now, because you know, i played it so much i dont feel like redoing it again for now. but majora's mask is a title i missed because my N64 died before i had a chance to play it. this Zelda remains a mystery for me. I played EVERY zelda titles, even that crappy video thing. Now's the chance for me to pick that lost zelda title, please make it for 3DS !!!
@StarDust it cant void the warantee as nintendo explains how to change your battery. this section can be opened no problems. but i didnt find anything concerning third party products replacements.
how does it compare to the nyko powerpak+ ? this one looks like a bulk.
i already installed the nyko one, and im more than pleased. it doesnt add too much weight. its not too large neither. the grip is comfy, much more than the original squared design. not only it gives me more power, it makes the 3ds hold better and its texture is very soft and grippy. I doubt this one will be able to compete unless its power is MUCH better.
even there, the 3ds battery needed just that little perk, the nyko did it just for my gaming taste.
noooo!!! this is a nightmare !!! the worst, the most evil of megaman games. this one was made to make you angry. to piss you off greatly by excessive number of death.
this is a bad experience from my childhood i wish i would never see again, and its coming back to the virtual console... it can die there! die megaman for gameboy, die !

the marks were off after a cleaning at first, but now they just seem to stay there. its a good thing i have the protector, and im seriously think of customizing my 3ds by adding a thin plastic piece so it wont close on my screen.

i skipped ocarina of time for now, because you know, i played it so much i dont feel like redoing it again for now.
but majora's mask is a title i missed because my N64 died before i had a chance to play it. this Zelda remains a mystery for me. I played EVERY zelda titles, even that crappy video thing.
Now's the chance for me to pick that lost zelda title, please make it for 3DS !!!

it cant void the warantee as nintendo explains how to change your battery. this section can be opened no problems.
but i didnt find anything concerning third party products replacements.

how does it compare to the nyko powerpak+ ? this one looks like a bulk.
i already installed the nyko one, and im more than pleased. it doesnt add too much weight. its not too large neither. the grip is comfy, much more than the original squared design.
not only it gives me more power, it makes the 3ds hold better and its texture is very soft and grippy. I doubt this one will be able to compete unless its power is MUCH better.
even there, the 3ds battery needed just that little perk, the nyko did it just for my gaming taste.
