I hope it never really "catches up" to Mario Kart 8. At one point, it is enough to sell basically the same game again and again and just adding new (or old) courses and drivers.
Don't have the time or patience to play a Mario Kart game with 200 tracks and 500 characters/karts. And if Nintendo had continued like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, what would've been the expectations for Mario Kart 10? 500 tracks and 700 characters/karts? Where would it end? 🤷‍♂️

I guess you can't even really say, why gamekey cards are "bad". And what if a new Animal Crossing is coming next year, but o new Switch 2 with better battery life? Are you not buying? And what if a new Switch 2 comes but the battery lasts only half an hour more? 🤔

God, I hate seeing this arrogant sentence, everytime there is a glitch discovered in a game.

Without a doubt there are better displays out there, but in my eyes, Switch 2 screen is far from "problematic".

Personally I would just go fully digitally. I switched 3 years ago, because I realized, physically has absolutely no benefits for me anymore and honestly hasn't since quite a long time. 🤷‍♂️

You're right about game sizes. But I think 3rd party games aren't the best way to compare them, since most of them won't do much if anything to optimize them on Switch 2.
I was more thinking about comparable games, made specifically for each console.

On PS5 or XBS it doesn't matter if you buy physically or digitally, you won't save memory either way.

And Cyberpunk 2077 is around 90GB on PS5 while it's close to 60GB on Switch 2. 🤷‍♂️
Also, that game is #3 on Switch 2 eShop charts, so I HIGHLY doubt the success is because of it being available fully physically.

It's TWO users. And one of them his Switch 2 has a bulk on the complete other side, where the battery is. So it's really ONE person with a (potentially) swollen battery.

I highly doubt this happend to a few others. Depends on what you see as a few, but battery swelling without external cause is very rare.

Swollen batteries nowadays are 99,99% damaged batteries or faulty one's from the factory.
