I don't see a problem with this. This is regular Business for every product. The current stock and demand of the product is what always decided the price. Happens with everything. If its too expensive for you just wait out until its cheaper.

This where you are wrong.
UI Goku is actually really different from the other gokus.
If you wtached the anime then you should know that his complete fighting style changes and all his attacks and dogdes he performs look relly bizarre yet natural. That one time e.g. where he beat kefla by "sliding" on her final attack(don't knw how to describe it) is something you would never see from a regular goku.
I agree though that the other gokus(except black) are basically the same thing, but bandai namco still did a good job at making them quite different even though everyone has some sort of kamehameha in their moovepool
