Nope, I'm doing fine with the 256 extra and just focus on downloading games that I'm actively playing. I did this all the time with my XBOX rather than pick up an extra drive. The Nintendo Switch App with Switch 2 has been great for offloading videos and images, which I then send over to a Google Drive folder.
@nessisonett Call down, dude. They were just expressing their opinion (their very correct opinion btw). As much as I love the N64 voiceovers, they are very much a thing of the past. I still had a smile on my face the whole run with this cast, and they actually did a wonderful job with the finale.
A-OK with a 1:1 remake that looks as gorgeous as this one, especially if I can use the N64 controller like Star Fox. It would be nice to see SOME upgrades, though, similar to the easier item selection process we had in the 3DS version.
I just can't wait to see the new designs for NPCs, enemies, and most definitely bosses! In terms of things changing, I do hope they improve upon the item selection process, which the 3DS screen did a banger job at already. As for the loading screens, I was never annoyed by the length of these (far better than PS1 loading screens!) and they always added to the atmosphere for me. I guess we'll see what happens! So excited!!
Thank you for this article. The Switch 2 really brought the Nintendo magic for me, and even though it never left during the Switch 1 era and it's very hard to replicate the Breath of the Wild year one experience, they really gave us something special. DK Bananza, Imprisoning War, and MK World have been a blast, and the ports for games that I always wanted to play have been brilliant in portable mode (Cyberpunk, FF7 Remake, Street Fighter 6). The Super Switch has been really special. Looking forward to another year!
At first, I saw what everyone seemed to be saying about ugly designs, but after watching the direct a couple of times, I fell in love with them! They make me think of the SNES puppets from the ads - plus, it's so cool that we get a remake that gives us a realistic version of the N64 game that many of us saw in our mind's eye when that version came out (we all thought the new 3D graphics looked soooo real!). And I get to use my N64 switch controller on a Switch 2 game! Awesome!!
Great price, in my opinion, and the cover art is awesome (Slippy looks more goofy than ever, though). Can't wait for the dramatic cutscenes and online battles!
Still excited to see the movie, and Karly Urban will do a good job. Honestly, though, I forgot that it was coming out in May. I got really hyped for its original October release, and then it was rescheduled for some reason. Thanks for the reminder, Nintendo Life!
Yikes. That's really expensive, especially in today's economy. I'll wait for a sale and get it digital. I have FF7 Remake to keep me busy and Rebirth on the way.
Hm, so online play won't be possible for Switch players for a while, then, right? Maybe I missed something in these details. The 2.0 update seems pretty massive and changes game mechanics, so it seems like crossplay would no longer be possible, right?
@LikelySatan Street Fighter has always been goofy, and it thrives on that silliness. Just look at the character choices that every previous game has given us (with the exception of SF1, of course).
Our family didn't have a lot of money growing up, but my parents still got us a NES when it became a lot cheaper after the SNES released. We loved it, and I still love the games! NSO was my go-to playstyle for a while (our original suffered a terrible fate after 10 years when the dog ran over the controller cables and pulled the system off its shelf, lol). However, after watching NES Complex's retrospective video, I decided to go out and get one again. Now, I'm playing original Zelda and Double Dragon in preparation for Revive next week (yes, they're both on NSO, but nothing beats the sound and feel of inserting a NES cart - ka chunk!).
This is one case where I hope Nintendo sues the pants off them, and I will take delight in the plight of OpenAI (not that it will actually happen, but one can dream).

Re: PSA: New Knockout Tour Rallies Are Now Available In Mario Kart World
I think I'm more excited to add stickers to my photos, lol, but more rally routes are great, too!
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Star Fox On Switch 2?
@xmkbest Because the Mario Tennis storyline was bad...

Good! I love getting more years out of my console investment, and the Switch 2 is great so far.
Re: Analyst Predicts A "Silent" Year Ahead For Nintendo
Analysts are rarely correct when it comes to Nintendo. Bunch of bunk, in my opinion.
Re: Talking Point: Star Fox Old Vs. New Designs Compared - Which Do You Prefer?
@Aerona They do, but I kind of like that, considering his history and being an original team member with Fox's dad.

@PlatinumTour Agreed. How will it set itself apart from other action war films other than its name?
Re: Lana Del Rey Releases 007 First Light Official Theme Song
Very cool song! My only question is... does it have a multiplayer mode where I can make the heads really big?

@sportymariosonicmixx At least you're not bitter about the experience.
Re: "Let's Make It!" - Nintendo And Koei Tecmo On The Genesis Of Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Imprisonment
Finished the story last night, characters on average around Level 55, and I loved it! Definitely one of the surprise Switch 2 hits, in my opinion.
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Imprisonment
Absolutely loved the gameplay and story, even if it was a bit different than I expected!

Re: Talking Point: Would Drag x Drive Be Better With Miis Or Non-Mouse Control Options?
Definitely some of the ARMS personality and character design would have gone a long way towards getting me excited about the game.
