Honestly, I think my biggest problem with Animal Crossing is it's always felt like it's not a full game loop like it's just too casual to the point where it's not even a full game like you farm food and then like there's no point of even using it. I kind of wish they would just add like combat and mining and stuff. Honestly, just go full-blown Harvest Moon or Stardew Valley with the game. Give it a full game loop.
Bro, what are these idiots even talking about? They keep flip flopping their answer. Just the other day they told Tom Warren it was more powerful than a PS4. It's categorically false to even compare it to a PS4. It's like saying this old, almost rotten apple is better than this fresh pomegranate.
The Switch 2 will outperform both the Xbox Series S and the Steam Deck without breaking a sweat and anyone that thinks otherwise doesn't understand the technical advantages the Switch 2 has over those systems and the PS4. It's ARM64, it has more RAM, it has modern APIs, it has far better faster RAM and storage as well as better bandwidth, Horizon OS is way more optimized than the software on the other platforms.
Nintendo and Nvidia have full control of everything, you can't compare it to an old freaking laptop with a GTX 2050 running Windows 10 with barely any RAM and be all like "nah this hardware is garbage".
Personally, I felt like he did a pretty good job but the second line sounded more Marioish. I think this was just a test to see what people think she make final adjustments. People saying "it just sounds like Chris Pratt" need to get their ears cleaned out because he definitely has a specific accent he was doing.
There's actually I think 3 Nintendo 64 titles. I only ever played the one though. I want the firat N64 game and the SNES game probably more than anything else but a collection of the N64 games would be cool too.
@BrintaPap it's not that it's bad as much as there's better options. I can't think of anything that's really better about it. I think what it really boils down to is people having nostalgia for it. There's a lot of existing GameCube controllers including officially licensed ones. But honestly, just use a pro controller imo. But I'm probably just being a jerk people can use whatever controller they want. I just personally don't see any appeal of bringing it back. To me it's like the N64 controller sure it's cool I'll buy it for my collection but I'll never really use it because it's trash.
Good they were honest but like I still don't understand the appeal of the GameCube controller to begin with it's objectively mediocre at best. There are a ton of much better controllers out there, let the GameCube controller die and move on.
Are we seriously using Emily Rogers as a source again when she's been proven wrong and to just be making crap up and guessing 99% of the time? This objectively makes no sense. Why would Nintendo pay up the nose for something that barely adds value to the service. I mean you get most of these on the Switch already for like $15. I suggest there's something more to it than this. We'll likely see where DLC or game like Tetris 99 dropped in the next 6 mouths. Plus if you look at NES/SNES they licensed with way more third parties than Genesis or N64. Stop supporting these garbage "leakers".
@Miyamotosan actually there's more Kingdom Hearts games on Nintendo than in PlayStation not including rereleases. Just not any on the Nintendo Switch and no I don't count the garbage rhythm games.
This makes literally no sense Nintendo didn't own the rights for Goldeneye at all. It was always Rare, the Bond license owners, and all the actors who's likenesses were in it. So some mysterious executive from Nintendo didn't stop the game from coming out because Nintendo had zero say in the matter.
The nyt and this kids parents are idiots trying to get revinue from clicks. Don't read the article and don't support this kind of malicious behavior from nyt. It's been proven time and time again video games help more than they hinder in various ways. Anyone trying to vilify games in a world with much worse things like alcohol abuse and drug addiction need to screw off. Obviously it's not healthy in every case but I'd argue generally a lot of games are a better option than books or TV since they teach problem solving skills and team work skills as well as communication.
I think the biggest thing here is iOS devices are meant to be full blown computers where comedies are very specific gaming devices so I think that line should be understood. However, if it forced consoles to allow third party software on them I'd be totally down with that if I'm being honest. I bet much doubt anyone is going too make a third party app store on the Switch except maybe a homebrew store.
These could have been great but with AA batteries needed and no rumble it's a no go. I'd pay the extra money just to get these designs on a full feature controller. I can deal with it not having NFC since I never use Amiibo but not having a rechargable battery or any kind of rumble really kills it.
