I have nothing against Pointcrow, but he dug his own grave by announcing he was paying someone for modding the game. Most Mods are done with the assumption that no money is involved(Atleast directly), but by paying someone 10k for the mod, Pointcrow has lost any goodwill from Nintendo when it comes to his other mods.
One could say his other mods are freely available to download on sites like Game Banana, and while that's true...Why would Nintendo assume he didn't also pay for them? He has opened a pandoras box where if his Lawyer attempts to argue transformative work, Nintendo can fire back and say he paid someone to modify their game for him to make profit off of.
They can do this for every single mod he's ever done, simply because they have the evidence he did this once before.
@HeadPirate I'm done arguing with somebody who doesn't understand business at all, I'll personally be enjoying the Switch 2 next year since that's the reality.
@HeadPirate The PS5 has become the new top dog in Japan in the weekly sales chart and that is very unlikely to change, more and more third parties are either skipping the switch or releasing cloud versions, and even Nintendo at their latest direct didn't unveil a single new first party game.
I can buy going another year with the current model, but the truth is that the Switch is nearing it's end and past it's prime. They're going to continue to sell software, sure, but hardware numbers will continue to fall, other than the odd boost here and there when a bundle comes out.
Not too surprising, especially with MK8's new DLC, Splatoon's Season Pass announcement, Hogwarts being one of the biggest game's in years, and GTA V making kids annoy their parents to buy it for them.
@RubyCarbuncle I wouldn't call it unplayable(Atleast on Next Gen) but I agree it was still bad.
However I would argue Scarlet and Violet are just as bad to some extent, even though yes the games are playable from start to finish, it does have serious problems that need addressing first and foremost. 15FPS on objects/NPC's wasn't acceptable on the gamecube, IDK why it's suddenly acceptable for the much more powerful(In comparison) Switch.
@GooseLoose1 Differing opinions when it comes to game tastes, since there's really no reason to listen to people who don't share the same taste in games with you on a Gaming forum.
As for this however, I'm no technician, so I'm not against others pointing out whats the true cause of performance issues are and the like.
@Vexx234 You are certainly in the minority on that, especially regarding the story. While I can't speak on the technical aspects as I played on the Series X, the gameplay and story was some of the best Sonic has ever had.
@Pigeon Ignoring your condensing tone, I do agree with the sentiment that this shouldn't be that impressive, if anything this should be the bare minimum.
Not surprising, I remember emulating GBA games on my old Windows XP PC from around 2009.
I'm more concerned with the release schedule, Nintendo is likely to drip feed us those games throughout the entire year, making the service almost pointless for now.
I gave it a 8/10, I've never played the OG aside from bumbling around the Space Frigate as a kid. It's really good, but I'm about 12 hours in, and I now have to find all the artifacts and...Yeah, I do think this game overstays its welcome. Get rid of the Phazon Mines, and it would be alot better.

Re: Mario Movie Home Release Bonus Features Seemingly Detailed
In a weird sort of way, I was really hoping for a directors commentary, maybe even having Miyamoto be apart of it(Subtitled of course).

@Dev9417 Wisdom vs Power vs Courage makes the most sense, I imagine the colors would be something like Green(Courage), Red(Power) and Blue(Wisdom)
I imagine it would be pretty evenly split, though Courage would likely have the edge since it's associated with Link.
Re: Surprise! Fire Emblem Engage's 'Wave 3' Expansion Pass DLC Is Releasing Soon
Makes me somewhat wonder if the game under performed Nintendo's expectations, and so they're releasing the DLC quicker than expected to help sales.
Only say this cause Three Houses had it's DLC spread through the entire year.

Re: Nintendo Is Officially Skipping E3 2023
@Giancarlothomaz Erm what? Nintendo would be suicidal to wait another 3 years before a new console.
Most likely we will hear rumblings late this year, Switch 2 will be unveiled early 2024 and released holiday 2024.

This game is undergoing the Cyberpunk treatment, who knows if it will have a happy ending like Cyberpunk, but I can only pray it does.
