Re: E3 2012: Wii U Tech Specs Revealed

Kagamine

Definately not enough info here to make any conclusion on what it can do. All I see are brand names, no data, no model numbers, no power measurements, not even the number of cores! all it says is multicore. Can't wait to hear the full tech specs though.

Re: Brain Training 3DS Confirmed for Worldwide Release

Kagamine

@BudrSbastig That's not all it entails. It's a quality title that is FAR from shovelware. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it shovelware. I liked the first game and had it for quite a while. I will probably get this one through download so i don't have to switch carts whenever i want to play. Super Excited!

Re: 'Majority' of Nintendo Games to be Released Digitally

Kagamine

@supermariolinux actually according to ign you can fit 3-4 full retail games on the 2GB card, that is if you don't get games like Resident Evil. Also, why should they package a larger SD card, its a bonus to even get one. They could be like Sony and not give you one, but they chose to be nice and package one in. Some people are just so ungrateful.

Re: Talking Point: A Big Year for Nintendo

Kagamine

I can tell many of you know this, but i see a lot that may not understand what the "loss" means. The "loss" simply means they didn't make as much money as last year, they didn't actually lose money, just not making as much.

Re: MDK2 Dev Will Never Develop for Nintendo Again

Kagamine

Ahh you can always count on Waltz to take an extremist stance. i swear you just look for a way to go against others opinions, don't you? It's actually to the point of when i read your comments, i read them in the voice of Brian Griffin from Family guy, because he is the same way...

Re: MDK2 Dev Will Never Develop for Nintendo Again

Kagamine

@Mickeymac Yes i have played it, I never completed it though. It was OK, but nothing exceptional imho. Choco had said that it was one of the best RPG's ever, which i do not agree with. I never said it's a bad game, I'd give it about and 8 or an 8.5 on my scale, but it's no where near the best RPG experience i have had. I don't think that this is much of a loss, because anything that I can (off the top of my head) associate them with isn't that amazing. Some of it is good, like Buldar's Gate, but i haven't seen anything that is phenominal. To me they are just another Dev in the crowd, not up on a pedestal along with top notch developers. I am not putting down the studio saying that they are bad, just trying to point out their absence wouldn't have been noticed by me.

Re: MDK2 Dev Will Never Develop for Nintendo Again

Kagamine

@Mickeymac I know he's not joking. That was my way of saying that i disagree with him, I thought that was obvious enough. And developer's opinions don't change my mind.

Anyway, honestly couldn't care less about these guys. I haven't played anything astounding from them. There may be something out there that I don't know about though. Overall, not a big loss.

Re: Project X Zone Screens Burst Out

Kagamine

@Aviator I love how you post that all the time. People are allowed to make their own assumptions and form their own opinions about what they think of the screen shots. All the comments so far are talking about the look of the game from the screenshots, not the actual game. Whats wrong with that?

Re: Mobile Dev: "Iwata Makes Me Fear for Nintendo's Future"

Kagamine

I do agree that nintendo should be more open to F2P games. I understand if they don't want to do it, but let other companies do so if they wish. Sure it may hurt sales a bit, but it will attract a wider audience in the long run. I have a friend that said the reason that he won't buy a 3DS is that games like angry birds and others on it. Of course i told him that was stupid, but then I thought about it. It's a mobile device, designed for short gameplay, why not allow games for free or small 99 cent games on it!

Re: Rollercoaster Tycoon 3DS Springs Back Into Life

Kagamine

I have the computer version, they better have a LOT of improvements if they expect me to buy it. This game is just fancy shovelware to me. It's a bad game with weak concepts, but a absolute to of those concepts so you don't feel like you got ripped off.

Re: Nintendo Reportedly Has 812.8 Billion Yen in the Bank

Kagamine

I think it's important to note that these "loses" aren't really that. most times when a company looses money, it just means thy didnt make as much as last year. So. if these stats are going by the norm, they still profited, just not as much as previous years.

Re: New Fire Emblem Trailer Raises the Temperature

Kagamine

I can't wait for this game. However it's games like these that make me wish nintendo would put full retail titles on the e-shop. I would much rather be able to carry this game around with me and start it from the home menu whenever i want. that way i don't have to cary multiple cartridges around :/

Re: Capcom Admits It Can't 'Sugarcoat' Its Revelaitons Typo

Kagamine

i got a typo copy, not that big of a deal really. A reason that it was probably looked over is that our brains don't read words letter by letter. they tend to look at the first and last letter seperately, and then the middle as a whole. I'm sure most of you have read a paragraph about it before, but i could be a reason for it.

Re: Review: Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D (3DS)

Kagamine

thought i would get this but i'm not. The demo left me so unimpressed that not even a 10 could win me over. I hate the camera, didn't care for te gameplay that i tried, and the framerate really sank the ship. I have never played metal gear games before this though, so I really don't have any incentive to buy it.

Re: Review: Tekken 3D Prime Edition (3DS)

Kagamine

Nice rview, don't think i'll get this though. I already have Dead or Alive and it honestly seems to me like it would be the supurior fighter compared to Street Fighter and This, of course i have played this though. Just speculation.
