By pre-purchasing an eShop game, you can pre-download it which means once it's actually available you don't need to download and then play, you can play immediately.

Can someone perhaps explain what reasons Nintendo might have for being unable to produce higher quantity? Do they not have factories these things can be made? I'm legitimately confused.

If they are selling them online, there isn't even the issue of retail space. They are simply not making enough. What is holding them back?

This is not a new result, study after study confirms the same thing. Violent video games do not create violence.

However, all you need is a single crazy person to murder, and say they were inspired by video games to make the media freak out. They don't think that maybe, if video games didn't exist, the crazy person would have simply been inspired by something else. Someone who wants to murder will find inspiration, one way or another.

I feel like since mario kart 8, something clicked in Nintendo and somebody said "hey guys, maybe we should advertise, or something". I feel like since then, Nintendo has really been getting the point across.

Um... PS plus wasn't mandatory on playstation 3, but it is on playstation 4 if you want to play online...That's why there is are the 40% who didn't have it before...

Dear... God. you NEVER get deals like this on Nintendo games.

Step two: Only reveal characters that were guessed in that leak

Step three: Ask Monolith to retweet the trailer announcement

@Sceptic Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't played many of these games. The guy is super busy.

Hopefully SOMEONE at Nintendo is playing these games and reporting to those in charge to at least inform the higher ups whats going on in the industry. I personally like what Nintendo is doing and want them to continue standing out, but they should at least be aware what the other players are doing.

@unrandomsam I don't actually understand what you are saying. Miyamoto was talking about creativity and not doing the same thing as everyone else. So unless you are talking about how Skylanders and Disney Infinity did it first, which would make SOME sense, I haven no clue what you are saying.

However, Skylanders and Disney infinity are doing something very different with their figures than what Nintendo is doing.

What is disappointing about this is that the REAL Legend of Korra game, made by Platinum games (!!!!) is coming out on all home consoles except Wii U.

EDIT: The answer is yes. They are playing Mario blindfolded. They are doing a better job than can be expected, but a worse job than if you had eyes.

EDIT 2: No rush guys, at the rate they are going, they'll be playing for a few weeks.

Don't know how I feel yet about Project Giant Robot. I think I'll have to play it myself to see how I like it.

Project Guard looks really freaking cool though. My hope is that you can play that against friends.

Yes, that's Flash Thompson, AKA Agent Venom. Except look up a picture of Agent Venom, he has a completely different "build". He looks more like a commando, but he has those Spider-markings, particularly the white going along the collar bones.

Comparing that to Eddie Brock Venom, where the spider legs all go in the same direction. But this build is DEFINITELY Eddie Brock Venom

EDIT: On second look, the spider design is actually different from both of them. Flash Thompson Venom has two spider legs around his shoulders, not one. Perhaps this is a different Venom that I'm not aware of? I try to keep up on the Marvel Universe, but I'm not a hardcore reader.

That Venom costume is very, very strange. Overall, it has the overall look of Eddie Brock Venom, but the spider is actually more closely resembling Flash Thompson Venom.

It's neat to see an update to character's, in this Zelda. The first picture is just so odd...

Just in case no one else noticed, the have earned $16,000 in a 7 hour time window. That's a fairly decent start.

This is how you stay classy after a loss.

I'm pretty sure what this means is that you can't edge hog any more. If a character is holding onto the edge, another character can actually push them out of the way in order to get back on.

This is SUPER helpful when using characters who have grappling returns, like Olimar, where edge hogging is essentially insta-death.
