Looking great. Given Miyamoto's hefty presence of late as the company's face (unlike in earlier times, when it usually was the CEO to do publicity and presentations), I wonder who will be on stage in January for the full Switch reveal. Kimishima seems like a decent man, but I doubt he would be the right one to present a new gaming device with the level of enthusiasm that is necessary. Miyamoto of course...
There is no way that Nintendo let that slip through if there wasn't something going on with the Mario and the Rabbids franchises. I believe the rumours just got confirmed.
OMG I seriously would like that more than a new Mario game at launch. Of course, they'd have to make it possible to ride a dolphin. That's a key feature, no kidding.
@FX102A I'm puzzled. Why would you keep the copy of a game you obviously hold in high regard sealed instead of playing it on the platform you like the best (i.e. here, Vita).
I like the full interview. Kimishima talks business and seems to be a educated and intelligent person. A good Nintendo President, even though no one can fully replace Iwata.
I loved the show in Vienna a few weeks ago, even though they didn't play a lot from Majora's Mask. Would go again if they come back, e.g. with new tracks from BotW.
Looking forward to dig him up in the game. Feels unreal that I'll be playing this on Wii U in Q1 2017, though. NX will be the new thing then, and it might feel weird to play this long anticipated new title on an old system.
I love their acronym. Surely it's a great conversation starter at parties. And the Wii work they have done is impressive, so I look forward to getting this mini NES. Even more I'd like a small N64, but that's probably coming a few years down the road.
Awesome. I wonder who approached whom on this. Did Japan officials think about the most Japanese things they could do at the ceremony and figured they have to bring in Super Mario, then asked Nintendo whether they were ok with it, or was it the other way round?! And did Japan pay licence fees? Or can we expect a Nintendo C&D letter soon ?
This will make me cry out frustration again when I hit an obstacle a few turns before the end and get thrown back to last place.... but first day download of course!
Great editorial. Love LoZ and look forward to all innovations coming to Zelda U. However, my conservative, nearly 30 year old self hopes that it won't be too different from what we know and like best.

Re: Super Mario Run Jumps Onto iOS on 15th December, Priced $9.99 for Full Unlock
Nintendo tries to educate the mobile masses that games are actually worth something. I fully support that.
