@Bunkerneath Sorry but it's not. It was due to the low speed response of the screen, pixels would need time to go blank after being used, thus the blur effect. Even back then, you could use the super game boy on the SNES, which was exactly a game boy hardware but in a cartridge, just using the SNES to outuput the picture instead of the GameBoy screen and it was not blurry at all on the TV screen

@Specter_of-the_OLED I don't follow, Pokémon Gold and Silver were GBC games but retro- compatible for black and wite GB, they never released any GBC exclusive afterward. DKC were SNES games. And yes, they were ported to GB, then GBC and then GBA, but how is that remotely comaprable to BOTW or Twillight princess being cross-gen? It's just not the same.
As for Metroid Prim 4, making it an exclusive Switch 2 game would be a immense mistake. When it will release, the install base of the Switch will, at very least, be 120 millions, impossible that Nintendo will ignore that.
