why does this still feel so magical? I don't know, there is a thing with paper fantasy maps that always click with me. Like the one who was included with Zelda 1 on NES
Isn't that simply a Coffe brand using Kirby to do their advertisement ? It doesn't seem that it's a Kirby Coffe on its own, he is not even on the can. Like Vegeta did some adds for Ramen back in 2018, it was all over the subway's screens
Brawl Bothers and The Peace Keepers are way better in their Japanese counterpart though. Rushing beat ran and Rushing Beat Shura are awesome, they were butchered for US release, that's a shame
@sirlordrob Not saying that Legends is perfect, technicals aspects of the game would have needed more time, but how can you compare this brand new open world game, to litteraly 20 years old games who run lesser good than the original on PS2?! How?
@Bunkerneath Sorry but it's not. It was due to the low speed response of the screen, pixels would need time to go blank after being used, thus the blur effect. Even back then, you could use the super game boy on the SNES, which was exactly a game boy hardware but in a cartridge, just using the SNES to outuput the picture instead of the GameBoy screen and it was not blurry at all on the TV screen
@sanderev Never said they were successfull though, just not true to say that they never did it. GC was a killer when it came out, too bad it never got the succes it deserved.
@Specter_of-the_OLED I don't follow, Pokémon Gold and Silver were GBC games but retro- compatible for black and wite GB, they never released any GBC exclusive afterward. DKC were SNES games. And yes, they were ported to GB, then GBC and then GBA, but how is that remotely comaprable to BOTW or Twillight princess being cross-gen? It's just not the same. As for Metroid Prim 4, making it an exclusive Switch 2 game would be a immense mistake. When it will release, the install base of the Switch will, at very least, be 120 millions, impossible that Nintendo will ignore that.
@Rosalinho You are absolutely right, I honestly forgot about those early games, I'm currently playing Diddy Kong Racing and it's full screen, just tried Mario 64 and it is indeed letterbox. It's good that they adressed that afterward though.
I liked how the scene cut right after the Banjo box appears on screen, did they do it on purpose? Like, make you think you dreamed it or something? Amazing that the bird and bear are finally home

Re: PlatinumGames' Live Service Title Is Off To A Really Bad Start
If that can discourage them from taking the "Game as a service" path, it's a very good thing.
Keep doing what you do best, immersive and awesome single player games!

Re: GTA Trilogy Is Very Close To Receiving The Worst Ever Switch User Review Score On Metacritic
PS2 games era ports should run 60FPS 1080p on Switch and 120FPS 1080p / 4K 60 on PS5 and Xbox. It's a joke.

Althoug I agree with him, Nintendo consoles weren't "never" about hardware.
SNES, N64 and GC definitively were

@Rosalinho Letterbox were no more with N64 games though, they were full screen even in PAL region, still a very good news indeed
