Re: Global Inequality on the Virtual Console

@ Bass X0

When it was released Nintendo Australia said it was limited time because it was meant as a 'collectors item'. I have no idea what Nintendo Europe said or whether they were saying the truth about their statement.

@ Monmoya
Really? Thats interesting, but everytime I go into Gametraders, it's easy to find old NES games but never Master System games, nevertheless, I'm looking forward to Outrun.

While more N64 games is always a good addition, I think I'll give this one a miss and wait for Crusi'n USA. Unless of course Nintendo finally decide to pull out their finger and release Super Mario Kart or Majora's Mask... (sigh)

Re: Goldeneye NOT Virtual Console Bound?

konohashin I know how you feel, in Australia we have ridiculous ratings for our games as well, but not as bad as that. Missing out on the full Resident Evil 4, I feel sorry for you, have you tried importing from Austria or the Netherlands, were you can get the full game?

Back on topic: "it's really hard to control compared to 2 stick shooters" no way, I hate 2-stick FPS games, I always liked GoldenEye's 1-stick method, that's why I hated Halo (and most modern FPS except for Wii ones) for the terribe 2-stick strafing crap.

I might consider downloading this, I have a lot of good memories of my childhood with this, plus my dad loved this game.

How stupid are Rare? Nobody who owns an Xbox 360 respects classic games, all they care about is online multiplayer games with voice chat, screw that, there is no-way I would ever buy an Xbox 360 for Rare games.

Re: VC Earns over $30 million so far

E-dawg

If Nintendo really wish too increase sales, it wouldn't hurt to release much more quality titles on the VC, and some more N64 games (which are worth 1000 points by the way) would definetly boost sales.

Re: Vectorman

This game is good in short bursts, I have it on the Sonic Gems Collection for GameCube so I will give this a miss, but the Virtual Console version will probably be better because of the saving feature. However, I believ that the sequel is actually better, because its not so damn hard!

Re: Yoshi's Story

Ah, i remember this game, it brings back so many childhood memories. I used to play this as a 6-7 year old when I lived in Sydney ages ago. The rating was pretty harsh, it deserves 4-stars i reckon. Plus I'm gonna let childhood memories make my decision here.

Re: Hardware Focus - Nintendo 64

The good old N64 days, I adored the games that came out for it. Every time I play my N64 it brinfgs back good memories of the 1990's and the turn of the millennium (2000). Anyway, dies anyone have any idea when Majora's Mask will be released on the Virtual Console? It's the only Zelda game not on there, and I desperately want it.

Hey, at least you guys get TurboGrafx games, unlike us Australians.
