@ Rexy It doesn't matter what continent your in. Nintendo aim to get their titles rated in Japan, North America, Europe and Australia before they can be released...
Nintendo better make up for this. If we got Tetris on WiiWare that would be an OK excuse, but c'mon two crappy WiiWare games and no VC games? Thank God Brawl comes out on 26 June...
@ Cally There were 4 other games right? Nintendo should do a 'fans week' of releases. I personally am dissapointed that out of the 5 games they didn't choose the N64 game, which we have a distinct lack of on the VC and for no real reason, N64 had so many great games.
@Zantagor While PAL territories are quite lucky in terms of VC releases, the US/Canada have heaven for normal game releases and prices. Remember in Europe/Australia we don't have Smash Bros Brawl yet and we will be paying the extra €/$ for it...
@XCWarrior As much as what your saying is right, remember that they are only hinting at the idea of a hard drive at this stage (they were in complete denial not very long ago). So by the time it is completely thought out, finalised, produced and distributed, I'm afraid to say it won't be available until Christmas (especially If they want to catch the huge $$$ that they will earn in December...).
It's not that much different to the Classic Control, I don't see what all the fuss is about to be honest. But hey, each to their own I guess, personally I'm ashamed to admit that I have never owned a SNES...
I have Sonic CD on Sonic Gems Collection and it's an awesome game, I would also like to try more Sega/Mega CD games in the near future. Only thing that holds me back about this is that the slow rate of Nintendo 64 games coming out, will only become slower...
C'mon on Nintendo, give us Super Mario Kart at least to coincide with the release of MKWii. Oh by the way, considering Europe/Australia don't have Brawl yet (or even a release date) we should be getting better VC games to make up for it...
I actually quite like Crusin' USA, might download it, but I'm still playing through Bully. Maybe to fill in the gap for Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl.
@ Tim LOL, unfortunately in Australia we are surrounded by water and to go overseas is expensive, but wow that is a smart move in Canada, too cross the border for cheaper prices!
@ Viral, yeah about the Wiimotes, they also cost more in Australia as well. For some reason Europe/Australia always gets ripped off for gaming hardware and software.
Why not Sonic 2? Seriously that game is awesome. It's good to see Nintendo 64 titles in there, that shows Nintendo that we want MORE but it's a shame there's not enough Sega and other Third Party games in there...
I am getting mighty sick of shoot-em-ups and average-poor games. Can't Europe/Australia get Super Smash Bros. or Super Mario Kart to make up for the Brawl Delay?
YES! I love Tetris, will definetly be worth it, even though I spt AU$45 for the DS version, this is on the big screen! PS. Will this version have the classic Tetris music (original Game Boy version)? That was an awesome song!
Handy, but in Australia we have a cable TV service known as Foxtel Digital which has a TV guide channel selector and I only ever watch Foxtel and never free-to-air, so it doesn't bother whether we get it or not.
@ Viral, thanks man, I love the RE games and I pray that RE2 will be released on VC, as the GameCube version is inferior and yes we need more adventures and RPGs.
OMG this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, why is this developer wasting their money, something that a lot of new games lack is being better than mediocre...

Re: Drake's Ratings Roundup - June 2008
If there is one thing I do like about the the ratings board in Australia, it is that they reveal games early.
Re: USK Rated: International Karate+ and Cybernoid for C64
Why we do we miss out on C64? We are still a PAL region and the C64 was originally released here!

Re: EU VC Releases - 20th June - Epic Fail
Nintendo better make up for this. If we got Tetris on WiiWare that would be an OK excuse, but c'mon two crappy WiiWare games and no VC games? Thank God Brawl comes out on 26 June...
Re: Nintendo Channel Gets An Update
Interesting, we did get a Wii update today though, but it was nothing amazingly special.

Re: OFLC Update - Super Mario RPG On Its Way To Europe
Is Mario RPG really as good as everyone says? I've never had the slightest bit of interest. Personally I wished we were getting Majora's Mask...
Re: EU - 6th June - No Virtual Console Games!
That is just crap...
Re: Square-Enix Changes Its Mind About The Virtual Console?

I wonder how playing Resident Evil 4 would feel like?

Re: EU VC Releases - 2nd May - The Hanabi Festival Returns!
Congratulations Damo! Not a bad week, but I wont be picking up any of them, as most of you probably know I'm getting bored of shooters...
Re: Nintendo Wii hard drive coming soon?
This just might come true, don't expect to see it before Christmas though...
Re: RPG Titles Dominate Nintendo Power’s Most Wanted List
We really need Majora's Mask, why are we short just ONE Zelda game?
Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - May 2008
Why do Nintendo keep ignoring the Nintendo 64 (arguably their best console)?
Re: Bionic Commando NOT coming to the Virtual Console!
Isn't it basically like Nintendo blocking SSBB because it has Solid Snake promoting Metal Gear Solid (a mostly PlayStation franchise)?
Re: Top 20 'popular titles' on the Virtual Console - April 2008 (USA)
@MrPoo6321
Right on man, Crusi'n USA should have a 3-Star rating not a 1-Star, that's pathetic.
Re: Top 20 'popular titles' on the Virtual Console - April 2008 (USA)
STOP BASHING CRUSIN USA!!!

Re: US VC Releases - 14th April - Mega Turrican
@ Viral
Mate, you had me rolling on the floor with laughter!
Re: US VC Releases - 14th April - Mega Turrican
Well at least you Americans got another shooter out of the way, I mean how many more can Nintendo possibly put on the VC...
Re: EU VC Releases - 11th April - C64 And Master System Madness
Good to see new systems, although Nintendo Australia are very lazy about no C64 games, does anyone know why Australia isn't getting any? Anyone?
Re: Wii to support BBC's iPlayer (UK only)
That's awesome, I wish we could get the BBC here, when I was in the United Kingdom 2 years ago, I thought the BBC was the best channel in the UK.
Re: Top 10 RPGs We Want To Come To The Virtual Console
Majora's Mask should be number 1! Hurry up and release it Nintendo...
Re: Will Sega CD Support Ever Come To The Virtual Console?

Re: APRIL FOOL: Virtual Boy Confirmed for Virtual Console
HA! I missed the prank, kinda missed the experience though...
Re: Cruis'n USA
Whats with the harsh rating? This game is very similair to OutRun and is quite good (3.5 Stars). I Think this game deserves a fair go...
Re: Hudson announces WiiWare lineup, Alien Crush sequel
Hmm, should I wait for the update or download the already available Alien Crush?
Re: Cruis'n USA

Here Here! Thats why I hate Gran Tursismo!

Ordinary week, but at least you Americans get more than 1 game... (sigh)
Re: Virtual Console Top 20 - March 2008 (EU)

Re: EU VC Release - March 21st - Sega Week - Mega Turrican
1 Game? And it's a ****ing shooter? Where's the variety?
Re: Talking Point: The State of Play of the Virtual Console
Good points, but it still doesn't explain the lack of Nintendo 64 games.
Re: EU VC Releases - March 14th - Super R-Type
I am getting mighty sick of shoot-em-ups and average-poor games. Can't Europe/Australia get Super Smash Bros. or Super Mario Kart to make up for the Brawl Delay?
Re: Tetris is Coming to WiiWare - Online Play Included
YES! I love Tetris, will definetly be worth it, even though I spt AU$45 for the DS version, this is on the big screen! PS. Will this version have the classic Tetris music (original Game Boy version)? That was an awesome song!
Re: EU VC Release - March 7th - Kirby 64
Never been a Kirby fan but at least there is another Nintendo 64 game until another one comes out in October.
Re: Wii TV Guide channel available for Japanese users
Handy, but in Australia we have a cable TV service known as Foxtel Digital which has a TV guide channel selector and I only ever watch Foxtel and never free-to-air, so it doesn't bother whether we get it or not.

Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - March 2008
Get a grip Nintendo, why is there such a lack of Nintendo 64 games, your going to loose your VC fanbase soon-enough.
Re: EU VC Releases - 29th February - Super Turrican
I'm getting pretty sick of side scrolling shooters, aren't there enough already?
Re: First Official Images of the New Neo-Geo Stick for Wii
Will this plug into the GC ports or the Wiimote?
Re: Master System games hit the Japanese VC
@ kelvingreen
Cheers man, they might be worth buying the games 'again' then I suppose...
Re: Master System games hit the Japanese VC
Never realy played the MS that much, but maybe the 8-bit Sonic the Hedgehog would be fun to try out, is it similair to the 16-bit?
