Paper Mario : The Thousand Year Door is my favorite Mario's RPG!! Super Smash Bros. Melee is awesome!! I love the first & the second Metroid Prime!! Super Mario Sunshine stays one of best GC games!! But I prefer Zelda: Twilight Princess than Zelda: The Wind Waker.
